AbstrakMasalah kekerasan seksual, bullying dan perceraian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga meninggalkan dampak traumatik yang sangat dalam kepada anak dan remaja. Traumatik yang ditimbulkan akan berdampak kepada aktivitas-aktivitas perilaku yang muncul seperti depresi, penyangkalan, malu, ketakutan, kesedihan, membolos, mimpi buruk, berbohong, dan psikosomatis. Oleh sebab itu dampak dari masalah yang dihadapi oleh anak dan remaja harus segera diatasi dengan intervensi yang tepat. Konseling krisis untuk mereduksi traumatik pada anak dan remaja meliputi konsep konseling krisis, tujuan dan fokus konseling krisis, teknik konseling krisis serta peran konselor dalam konseling krisis dan implementasi konseling krisis dalam mereduksi traumatik pada anak dan remaja. Kata Kunci: konseling krisis, reduksi, traumatik. AbstractThe problem of sexual violence, bullying and divorce in recent years has increased significantly, leaving a very deep impact traumatic to children and adolescents. Traumatic generated will affect the activities of emergent behavior such as depression, denial, shame, fear, sadness, ditching, nightmares, lying, and psychosomatic. Therefore, the impact of the problems faced by children and adolescents must be addressed with appropriate intervention. Crisis counseling to reduce traumatic in children and adolescents include crisis counseling concepts, goals and focus on crisis counseling, crisis counseling techniques and the role of counselor in crisis counseling and implementation of crisis counseling in reducing traumatic in children and adolescents.
This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's supervisory competence and school culture on Teachers Performance of Public High School in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The sample of this study amounted to 118 teachers. Data collection techniques used survey method with data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Data analysis descriptively obtained the average score of principal supervision competence 163,73, the average score of school culture 161,81; and the average teacher performance score of 169.99 in which the three variables fall into the medium category. The result of inferential analysis using multiple linear regression with 5% significant level shows improvement of one unit of principal supervision competence can cause teacher performance improvement equal to 0,14 unit value at constant 89,39 and one school culture unit can cause teacher performance improvement equal to 0,36 at constant 89.39. The conclusions of this study indicate that there is an influence between the principal's supervision competence and school culture on teacher performance. In other words, the higher the supervisory competence of the school principal and the school culture shows the better the performance of the teacher
Obesitas merupakan permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh pola makan yang salah sehinggamengakibatkan kelebihan berat badan atau kegemukan. Permasalahan obesitas dalambeberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan sehingga perlu mendapat perhatiandalam penanganannya. Dampak yang timbul bagi penderita obesitas adalah mengalamirendah diri, tidak percaya diri dan merasa tertekan dari dalam dirinya dan lingkungannyaserta dapat mengganggu kehidupannya sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan penangananyang tepat. Teknik self-control merupakan teknik yang menekankan suatu aktivitasmengontrol, mengarahkan, mengatur perilaku sendiri dalam mengatasi situasi-situasiproblematiknya. Teknik self-control untuk mengatasi masalah obesitas meliputi konsepteknik self-control, obesitas, prinsip-prinsip self-control¸ implementasi teknik self-controluntuk mengatasi obesitas.Kata kunci: obesitas, teknik self-control
Latin is the dominant donor language to most modern European languages, which were in turn influential donor languages to Malay due to colonization between the 16th and 20th centuries. This study conducted a vocabulary survey to assess the benefits of using word categories of frequently used English vocabulary of Latin and Greek origins and their Malay equivalents for learning Malay as a foreign language. The Oxford 3000 list served as the primary reference of high-frequency English words and their Malay equivalents. Latin or Greek loanwords constitute approximately 10.6% of the most frequently used 3,000 Malay words and more than a half of these loanwords can be used with a similar pronunciation in Japanese. Therefore, this study concluded that knowledge of high-frequency English vocabulary of Latin and Greek origins could assist speakers of English and/or Japanese in learning Malay.
The community's expectation of university is relevant to its main role and function as decision or policy making that will be carried out or delegated to the subordinates, lecturers, and other academic staffs. The community's expectation of university is increasing along with the development of science and technology. The qualitative approach with a case study type were used in this research. Research instrument is researcher. Key informant is Dean Faculty of health science and Dean secretary, the others Informant are Vice Quality assurance, Vice research and community service, head of study program, lectures, college student, alumni, community personal and user. The data were collected through depthinterview, participation observation, and document study. The data were analyzed with interactive model by Miles and Huberman model. The data validity and reliability were used credibility, dependability, transferability and confirmability. The research finding are: The four role of university are a agent of education, agent of research, agent of culture, knowledge and technology transferred and agent of economic development are less optimally implementation in UMKT, so that the next UMKT can be implementation university of role with comprehensive to be a competitive university.
