SMK Widya Nusantara is one of the best vocational schools in the city of Bekasi whose students and teachers have the hope of creating independent and characterized people who are based on faith and piety. The main element to be able to realize the hopes of the Vocational High School is that it has collaborated with universities in training activities and improving knowledge from various fields, so that they can compete in the era of globalization. Currently strengthening the competence of students and teachers is the main thing, because later they will be able to compete with other developed countries. To strengthen these competencies, training and simulations on the development of creative interactive learning media were carried out at SMK Widya Nusantara. It begins with a survey, then it is analyzed and finally the training activities are carried out. The result of this community service is that students and teachers are able to understand the creation of creative interactive learning media such as the use of a mentimeter, classroom google, youtube and the use of powerpoint, examples and their application, so that students and teachers have special knowledge about this which is useful for increasing competence and global competition. This study aims to find solutions related to civil construction problems such as road damage and foundation cracks, providing information on changes in physical and mechanical properties of clay due to physical and chemical changes by optimizing the utilization of industrial waste produced that is dry dust collector and silica ceramic sand waste. The advantage of the resulting product is in the innovation of combining two different types of industrial waste as soil clay stabilization material. It is done to answer the growing demands of Green Technology in civil engineering, the innovation the waste utilization is expected to increase the soil strength so the infrastructure built on can be supported better. The research designed is laboratory experiment with chemical stabilization method that is by performing a series of physical properties tests including specific gravity, water content, plasticity index, and mechanical properties test including Standard Compaction Proctor and California Bearing Ratio test using Japanese Standard on original soil and soil combined with dry dust collector waste and ceramic silica sand waste (stabilized soil). The results showed the increase of California Bearing Ratio value by 5.5% compare to original soil in the 0% Dry Dust Collector with 5% silica ceramic sand waste composition. The addition of Dry Dust Collector decreases the California Bearing Ratio value, so as with addition of both waste type.
This training provides several materials related to efforts to develop interactive media so that the learning provided becomes more communicative, increasing the interest and quality of student learning, including Video Learning Presenter View Recoder Ms. Power Point, Use of Mentimeter Interactive Media, Uploading Learning Media on Youtube. The purpose of abdimas activities is to introduce several types of learning media that can be an additional reference of knowledge in SMK Widya Nusantara Bekasi in the implementation of teaching and learning activities that are still carried out online. This is a real step from US to improve the ability of teachers to create interactive learning media independently.
<p>Didalam produk yang berkualitas baik pasti terdapat sebuah sistem yang mengontrol prosesnya sehingga terciptanya produk dengan kualitas terbaik. Kemudian dalam proses produksi yang ada pada mesin <em>spot welding</em> juga memerlukan sistem yang baik untuk mendapatkan kualitas produk sesuai dengan <em>customer</em> <em>requirement</em>. Sehingga didalam mesin <em>spot welding</em> tersebut digunakanlah sistem yang biasa disebut dengan sistem <em>Andon cycle time</em>. Saat ini sudah ada sistem yang diinstal di mesin tersebut namun dirasa masih banyak kekurangan sehingga kurang efektif untuk mendapatkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan keuntungan investasi <em>Return On Investment </em>(ROI) yang maksimal. Karena itu perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian untuk meningkatkan sistem <em>Andon</em> yang efektif dan efisien baik soal waktu dan dapat meningkatkan nilai ROI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memodifikasi sistem <em>Andon</em> yang ada saat ini dengan menggunakan PLC di gantikan dengan Arduino UNO untuk dapat mencapai keakurasian waktu yang lebih baik dan peningkatan nilai ROI. Setelah melakukan penelitian dengan memodifikasi sistem <em>Andon</em>, maka di dapatkan hasil 422%. Nilai ROI tersebut mengalami peningkatan yang mencapai 309% dibandingkan dengan menggunakan sistem <em>Andon</em> sebelum di modifikasi yaitu 113%. Selain itu setelah dilakukan modifikasi terhadap sistem <em>Andon</em> yag saat ini sudah ada, keakurasian data <em>Cycle Time </em>menggunakan sistem setelah di modifikasi didapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat mencapai 0,741 % dibandingkan dengan sistem sebelum di modifikasi.</p>
