Aging is a cellular state characterized by a permanent cessation of cell division and evasion of apoptosis. DNA damage, metabolic dysfunction, telomere damage, and mitochondrial dysfunction are the main factors associated with senescence. Aging increases β-galactosidase activity, enhances cell spreading, and induces Lamin B1 loss, which further accelerate the aging process. It is associated with a variety of diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, type 2 diabetes, and chronic inflammation. Ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicine with anti-aging effects. The active components of ginseng, including saponins, polysaccharides, and active peptides, have antioxidant, anti-apoptotic, neuroprotective, and age-delaying effects. DNA damage is the main factor associated with aging, and the mechanism through which the active ingredients of ginseng reduce DNA damage and delay aging has not been comprehensively described. This review focuses on the anti-aging mechanisms of the active ingredients of ginseng. Furthermore, it broadens the scope of ideas for further research on natural products and aging.

On the basis of literature analysis and interviews with teachers, conceived the two dimensions of professional ethics for primary and middle school teachers: ethics idea and ethics behavior, and the building status of ethics idea and basic behavior for teachers as dimension compiled "professional ethics questionnaire for primary and middle school teachers". Investigate for 208 primary and middle school teachers in the questionnaire. The results show that: primary and middle school teachers universally have a correct understanding for the significance of ethics, existed correct ethics idea; but some teachers have the contradiction in the moral identity and moral fulfillment, knowledge and behavior have double standard and ethical behavior exist deviation, the problem behavior always occurs; regulating professional ethical behavior can become the entry point of improving professional ethics level for teacher.

Sepsis remains a major challenge owing to its severe adverse effects and high mortality, against which specific pharmacological interventions with high efficacy are limited. Mitigation of hyperactive inflammatory responses is a key factor in enhancing the likelihood of survival in patients with sepsis. The Aloe genus has several health benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties. The toxicological implications of aloe-emodin (AE), extracted from various Aloe species, remain uncertain in clinical contexts. However, AE has been shown to inhibit inflammatory responses in lipopolysaccharide-induced mice, indicating its potential as a therapeutic approach for sepsis treatment. Nonetheless, there is a paucity of data regarding the therapeutic benefits of AE in the widely recognized cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced sepsis model, which is commonly used as the gold standard model for sepsis research. This study demonstrates the potential benefits of AE in the treatment of CLP-induced sepsis and investigates its underlying mechanism, along with the efficacy of postoperative AE treatment in mice with CLP-induced sepsis. The results of this study suggest that AE can mitigate sepsis in mice by diminishing systemic inflammation and regulating the gut microbiota. The study provides novel insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the anti-inflammatory effects of AE.

Abstract. In recent years, college students' mental health problems have become an unavoidable problem. UML-based psychological counseling system was designed in this paper in the light of defects and deficiencies of the traditional psychological counseling methods. Firstly, the UML modeling mechanism was introduced and the use case diagram in the requirement analysis phase was given; Secondly, the system of overall design was conducted. Analysizing the five functional modules of the system and its capabilities simply, and then using the E-R diagram to show the relationship between two entities; finally, specific method to evaluate and test psychological problems was given. The system not only provides professional counseling services for university students to help solve their psychological problems in a timely manner, but also can improve the efficiency of consulting.

Study on the selection of College Student's psychological health education as the theme, based on summarizing the development trend of domestic education in mental health and problems analysis, investigation and analysis of the present situation of mental health education of college students in Liaoning province, aiming at reason of the insufficient understanding of the importance of mental health education, the management system is not perfect, lack of educational resources, mental health education eliminate polarization and one-sided, uses the method of action research, take teacher training and instruction and class mental health education activities, as well as individual student psychological counsel as the main point, strengthens the administrative departments of the guidance and supervision functions, and actively explores the practical, implementes system of mental health education with pertinence and operability. Research Methods This study uses questionnaire survey, depth interview method, literature analysis and other methods, and puts forward own opinions on the basis of previous research results. Among them, questionnaire survey method is a kind of research method which uses the written form to collect the research material indirectly, through the investigation in consult table to get the materials and information of the concise and to the point; depth interview method is a kind of non structure, direct, personal access, in the process of access, through depth interviews with an investigator, reveal the potential motivation, beliefs, attitudes and feelings of a problem; literature analysis method is to collect, identify, collate the literature, through the literature research, the results of previous studies, the formation of the scientific understanding of the facts of the method.
