Based on design dimensions for particular concaves distributed non-smooth surface, the biomimetic brake disc/pad coupling system model is established, and the wear resistant performance of biomimetic non-smooth surface brake disc/pad coupling system is simulated using finite element analysis, then compared with analysis result of smooth model. Result shows the Von Mises stress of biomimetic non-smooth sample is less than that of smooth sample, and the concaves improve the contact stress distribution in the contact area of brake disk and brake pad. Analysis results show that wear resistant performance of biomimetic non-smooth sample is better than that of smooth specimen.
Abstract. The Ta 2 O 5 /SiO 2 multi-layer Antireflection coating is prepared on K9 glass by RF magnetron sputtering technology in the experiment. The growth parameters are changed to get multi-layer Antireflection film with good optical properties. In the technical research, the influence of various growth parameters, including working pressure, oxygen content, substrate temperature, etc., on the optical properties and structures of the coatings are studied. Optical properties and morphological features such as surface, structure are investigated by UV-VIS spectrophotometer and AFM, respectively. The detecting results further verify the important influences of proper growth parameters on optical properties of antireflection coating.
Using Hall ion source assisted MF twin targets unbalanced magnetron sputtering, series of Ti/TiN, Ti/TiN/Ti(C,N) and Ti/TiN/Ti(C,N)/TiC hard anti-wear films are deposited on different materials like stainless and high speed steels by changing atmosphere, bias mode, sputtering and ion beam assisted currents. The color, crystal structure, hardness and binding force of film are tested and analyzed, respectively. Experimental results show that color of film is sensitive to atmosphere, slight change of atmosphere can influence the coating’s color seriously. The preferred orientation of Ti(C,N) films prepared by MF twin targets unbalanced magnetron sputtering has no obvious change compared with the film deposited by other PVD technologies. The substrate material has great influence on film’s hardness, binding energy and surface modification. The application of Hall current can effectively improve the binding force between film and substrate.
In order to improve the cooling & purifying effect of exhaust, reducing the water-jetting phenomenon during working time, the waste-gas flow field simulation in water-washing tank of Explosion-Proof Diesel (EPD) was conducted through ANSYSCFX/Fluent. The results revealed the inner flow condition and outlet temperature of emissions in water-washing tank. It provided a reference for the future design and optimization of the water-washing tank of EPD.
