Coconut water and coconut are two natural thirst-quenching foods that are commonly available in most countries. Both the water and the meat of the tender coconut stimulate the body by releasing nutrients. In recent years, researchers have been interested in the health and medicinal benefits of tender coconut products. Sugars, proteins, free amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and growth promoting factors are among the biologically essential elements contained in it. Since, current research on coconut water is mainly focused on its properties, uses, and nutritional benefits, this review will concentrate on the human health aspect. It describes original properties and applications, which vary from the most simple to the most complex. It also describes its biochemical structure, which is affected by the stage of maturity and hence the variety. The purpose of this review was to learn about the most widely recorded components of coconut water, as well as other research towards their impact on animals and human body. Coconut water contains bunch of nutrition such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and phyto-hormones. The recent discovery of coconut water on the medicinal properties shows its real potential for improving human health. The possible anti-cancer properties of particular cytokinin could open up new and exciting avenues for finding cures for various cancers. It's a gift from nature to provide the best remedy for thirst and better health. Because of the antioxidant and anti-cancer properties of different ingredients, it is a more sensible option for removing the poisoning effect of other food that is a part of modern life. Understanding the functions and properties of the individual components of coconut water requires further study, but it will enable us to properly exploit this wonderful and multipurpose liquid with unique biological properties.
Training and Development is one of the crucial differentiator for business especially manufacturing industries. The training and development system in manufacturing industries in Ahmednagar as needs a systematic overhaul. The present training and development programs lack a systematic approach especially in regards to design and planning approach. For instance there have been no fixed schedule for training and development and moreover such schedule is not disseminated or displayed. The average number of trainings programs which reflect the present training policy of the organization is only 2 which again reflect the apathy of institutions towards training and development. If the testimony of the employees is to be believed then manufacturing industries lack a clear policy of training and development and seldom are employees deputed to external organizations. The methodology of training followed is on the job training and on most of occasions the resource person are internal resource persons or employees of the company. One of the serious grievances put forth by employees is in regards to identification of training and development needs and have ranked it as one of the most important factor influencing their decision to participate in training and development programs. Considering all of the above organizations need to develop a holistic and scientific approach towards training and development.

Introduction: Everyday use of oral hygiene aids and annual or biannual oral prophylaxis by dental professionals (Dentists, Dental hygienists, Dental assistants) are two effective ways of maintaining good oral hygiene. The present study was conducted to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice about oral hygiene among working dental hygienists in Western Maharashtra, India. Materials and Methods: A questionnaire study was conducted for three months in 2021 among 52 working dental hygienists from different areas of Western Maharashtra. The structured, self-administered, close-ended questionnaire was designed to collect the data which consist of two parts and comprised 31 questions. Statistical analysis was done using descriptive statistics. Results: In this study, more than 50% of participants were known the importance of oral hygiene maintenance and different types of oral hygiene aids and correct methods of using those oral hygiene aids. About 96% participants thought that proper brushing technique is necessary to maintain good oral hygiene. Conclusion: The study participant’s overall knowledge, attitude and practise regarding oral hygiene aids were seen at average level.
