In practice, dose is a poor predictor of plasma amisulpride concentration. Therapeutic drug monitoring may not only help assess adherence, but also guide dosage.
Alterations in the availability of paracetamol and of prescription drugs such as dextropropoxyphene and dosulepin have not been accompanied by decreases in the number of deaths from poisoning.
