This research uses quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are documentation of Grade Point Average (GPA). The sample of this research is the student of functionary UKM KSR PMI Unit Universitas Negeri Malang. The research data is the GPA of functionary UKM KSR PMI Unit Universitas Negeri Malang. Data analysis is with descriptive statistics, ie by count the mean and standard deviation. Further data is displayed in the frequency description by referring to the stanfive formula, as a reference for defining categories. The result of the research shows that the average GPA of functionary UKM KSR PMI Unit Universitas Negeri Malang are 3.52 is included in the predicate cum laude.
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning (X1), communication ability (X2) and vocational skills (X3) with adaptation ability into the professional world (Y). This research uses descriptive correlational research design. The sample of this research is student of Department of Electrical Power Instalation Engineering at vocational high school regional malang which has done industry practices a number of 96 respondents. In conducting this research, the writer collects the data by using the questionnaires. The Results of the data that have tested the validity and reliability which is obtained from the questionnaire scores filled by the respondents. Data analysis technique uses partial correlation analysis and linear regression. From the research results are obtained the regression equation Y = 17.818 + 0.448X1 + 0.351X2-0,1X3 with a significance of 0.000 which means there is a positive and significant relationship between X1, X2, and X3 with Y simultaneously.
