Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are developing and becoming popular. In this case, efforts are needed to improve the performance of MSMEs to be able to contribute to society and improve the economy. This research aims to see how the role of innovation and e-commerce can help improve the marketing performance of small businesses. It can be seen that the development of MSME is an advantage as well as a challenge for small businesses to be able to compete and survive in existing business competition. The research method used is a mixed method, with a sample of small businesses in the culinary in Pekanbaru. The research results show that innovation plays an important role for small businesses to improve their marketing performance, because of the many competitions and similar culinary businesses that continue to grow in the city of Pekanbaru, demanding small businesses to be able to innovate starting from the input, process and output of their businesses. Furthermore, e-commerce plays a role in improving marketing performance, but the impact of increasing e-commerce in small businesses in Pekanbaru is relatively small.

Rendahnya kemampuan bersaing produk-produk UMKM kota Pekanbaru menjadi anomaly ditengah tingginya angka pertumbuhan usaha tersebut. Hal tersebut dimungkinkan karena ketidakmampuan UMKM dalam menciptakan jati diri untuk produk-produk mereka sehingga mudah teridentifikasi dan terdiferensiasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diatas melalui perancangan produk, merek dan branding yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif, selain memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan akan arti penting branding produk.pengabdian dilakukan dengan pendekatan brainstorming dan SWOT sebagai teknik analisis,kegiatan pengabdian ini menghasilkan produk berupa sabun cuci dan mandi cair dengan thematic buah-buahan dan memakai merek SEEPRazes.

The capital market is a market (place, in the form of a building) prepared to trade stocks, bonds, and other types of securities using the services of stockbrokers. To add to the opening insights on the introduction of capital markets in Indonesia, the introduction of trading mechanisms on stocks and the steps to become investors in the capital market addressed to school teachers and students by practitioners who have been directly involved in the capital market in order to support the interests, knowledge and improving soft skill of teachers and students especially related to how to invest in capital market. This method of community service activities using lecture methods, direct demonstrations practiced by participants, and question and answer. Evaluation of activities generally works well and satisfies participants and training instructors. Participants hope that in the following years can be given the opportunity to get similar training. Overall activities of community empowerment through education of capital market run well and smoothly. This training provides skills and knowledge about capital market activities to teachers and learners as a provision to start a flexible and controllable side business.

Tingkat Pengangguran di Indonesia menunjukkan angka relatif berfluktuatifdibandingkan di negara – negara maju. Salah satu usaha untuk mengurangi jumlahpengangguran adalah dengan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan salah satunya denganentrepreneurship. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang meningkat sangat mungkin akanmeningkatkan peluang kesempatan berusaha. Salah satu yang harus diasahkemandiriannya adalah adik-adik panti asuhan melalui kegiatan pelatihan berbasiswirausaha. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan danmenumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi adik-adk Panti Asuhan. Kegiatan meningkatkankualitas masyarakat dengan entrepreneurship melalui pelatihan kreatifitas balon hiasdan bucket bunga wisuda yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 April 2017 di Panti AsuhanAnak As – Sallam Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini berjalan lancar yang dihadiri oleh 30 peserta.Peserta terlihat sangat antusias dengan materi yang diberikan. Hasil dari kegiatan inidicapai dalam kegiatan yang berlangsung satu hari. Semua hasil yang dibuat pesertadikumpulkan dan di lakukan evaluasi, diberi masukan dan selanjutnya dapat diperbaikilagi. Berdasarkan dari hasil kegiatan dapat diidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman pesertapengabdian sebesar 80% memahami konsep yang diberikan penyaji dan pentingnyamemiliki kualitas dalam diri yaitu bentuk kreatifitas guna bersaing pada era golabal saatini.

Investing is the best option for maintaining financial security in the future. For most people especially beginners, investing is a very complicated thing and will make it confused to take the right investment decision. All types of investments contain elements of risk. Investor decisions are based on consideration of risk factors and expected gains. The purpose of this activity is to socialize the investment measures for beginners who are teachers and learners.  Acquire the right knowledge of trends to buy stocks in the capital market for beginners i.e. teachers and students through live practice in the field. This method of community dedication uses lecture methods, direct demonstrations by the speaker, and questions and answers. The lecture method is used to convey knowledge on how to invest stocks for beginners. Demonstrations are used to provide direct examples of how to buy stocks on the capital markets. The result of this activity shows the participants very enthusiastic during the activities until the training is completed. Participants hope the next year can be given the opportunity to get similar training. Therefore, the investment will not be enough if done once.  Keywords: Investing, stocks and beginners
