The purpose of this study aims to describe learning management using google sites on relation and funcitions in pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Singosari. This research uses descriptive qualitataive rearch methods. The data collection methods used in this study were interview, observation and documentations during the learning process. The subject of this study were students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Singosari. online learning learning management during pandemic conditions which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Online learning will be carried out with the help of google sites as a medium for delivering material. The planning stage includes observation, preparation of lesson plans, collection of material sources and preparation of learning media using google sites. The organizing stage includes determining the communication channels used for the online learning process and focusing resources towards the target. The implementation stage is the interaction carried out by teachers and students during learning. The supervision stage includes the evaluation stage in learning. Learning evaluation is carried out through student attendance and student activeness in participating in learning. student attendance recap shows an increase in each meeting. The use of google sites as a learning medium during the pandemic can be further developed to increase student motivation and make it easier for students to learn while carrying out online learning.
IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION VALUES IN THE FORMATION OF MORALS IN TANJUNG SARI 02 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS This article aims to capture the implementation of character education values in the formation of morals in elementary school students. The inculcation of ethical values and good character has been the government's concern lately, to stem the flow of globalization and technological advances which, if not directed and addressed wisely, will turn into things that are very dangerous and have an impact on students' moral morality. The problems in the world of education in Indonesia in its development have given rise to new problems related to students, teachers, curriculum, and policies from the government itself, which are considered to have not found the right and effective formula for the realization of a well-integrated education system. This research uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analysis. The approach used is using a normative theological approach, a pedagogical approach, and a psychological approach. The location of the research was conducted at SD Negeri Tanjung Sari 02, Cikarang Utara District, Bekasi Regency. Data were taken from the principal, teachers, and students using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The findings show that the values of character education instilled in this school are religious, discipline, tolerance, perseverance, curiosity, care, honesty, and responsibility. In practice, teachers try to familiarize students with shaking hands and saying greetings when meeting friends, teachers, and employees; Do tadarrusan before learning begins; Carrying out dhuha prayers in congregation in the school field; pesantren kilat in the month of Ramadan; Carry out the observances of Islamic holidays. The results of the implementation of the values of character education show an increase in students in the form of a solid personality, high moral integrity, and noble morals.

Development of video learning media examination of vital signs on Diploma 3 Nursing Programme in Unusa. Video is the media to help the implementation of practical learning independently. The utilization of video for DIII nursing program even UNUSA was minimum because there had never been research development related of action or competencies of nursing, particularly the examination of vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, pulse and breathing. The purpose of this research were to develop and to find out the feasibility of video learning media examination of vital signs. The methods used in this research was Research Development (Research & Development). The Model used was the development of procedural models, i.e. models that are descriptive, indicating the steps to be followed to produce a product. On the research of the development of this will result in a product video learning media examination of Vital Signs. Research conducted through the preliminary study stage, development and evaluation. The results showed that (1) the resulting video learning examination of Vital Signs, (2) media expert and video learning material stated examination of vital signs declared eligible. Video learning Media examination of vital signs can be used as a medium of learning alternative to increase motivation, independence and creativity of students in improving skills examination of vital signs. Educators also are expected to be motivated to make a video learning competence of the other as an alternative medium of learning.
