Preaching zakat to muzakki requires understanding the preferences of muzakki in distributing zakat. This study aims to formulate the preferences of muzakki in distributing zakat in the digital era. The literature review of 11 scientific articles was analyzed with Philip Kotler's consumer behavior theory. Based on the literature review, it can be formulated the tendency of muzakki's preferences in distributing zakat: directly to mustahik, mosque amil, LAZ amil, fundraising applications, and LAZ digitization. The encouragement of conventional zakat distribution behavior is influenced by cultural, social, psychological, and personal factors. Meanwhile, digital-based muzakki behavior is influenced by social, psychological, and personal factors. Zakat managers need to provide digital and conventional zakat payment channels. Muzakki, with the support of a digital ecosystem, can be optimized for digitization. Muzakki, who are not yet supported by the digital ecosystem, can optimize conventional methods.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang ditinjau dari keaktifan belajar siswa pada materi segiempat dan segitiga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTs Bustanul Ulum sebanyak 15 orang. Motode pengumpulan data berupa tes soal uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, angket keaktifan belajar siswa, dan wawancara yang dilakukan secara online berbantuan media WhatsApp. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa secara keseluruhan adalah 1,68 atau dengan persentase sebesar 45,73%. Skor rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa untuk tingkat keaktifan belajar siswa tinggi, sedang, dan rendah masing-masing adalah 2,56 atau dengan persentase 69,68%, 1,57 atau dengan persentase 42,91% dan 0,74 atau dengan persentase 30,32%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa siswa MTs Bustanul Ulum memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada kategori sedang jika dipandang secara keseluruhan dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang beragam jika dipandang berdasarkan tingkat keaktifan belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa.
The purpose of this study was to determine the symptoms of vicarious trauma and its impact in the lives of volunteers, the factors that cause vicarious trauma and expectations for volunteers and government agencies. This study used qualitative research method based on phenomenology as it can reveal the meaning of an event. Based on the analysis result through interviews and observation, showed that volunteers who returned from duty experience vicarious trauma as a result of interaction with multiple trauma victims. There are two main factors causing the occurrence of vicarious trauma on volunteers are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the characteristics (personality) and adversity that are owned by volunteers and how they performance it. External factors are type of victim, the social environment and work climate with all kinds of problems.
The background of this research is that business economics learning at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri is still dominated by teacher-centered learning. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) model with the subject of expert validation of learning devices. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the steps for developing learning tools with the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model through the Group Investigation (GI) method on Class X Business Economics Material, 2) To determine the feasibility of learning tools with a problem based learning model instruction (PBI) through the group investigation (GI) method on Class X Business Economics Material. The results of the development of this learning device are (1) The stages of development are carried out by testing the validation of learning device experts using the Thiagarajan 3D development model procedure (2)77% indicates that the learning device is declared feasible with revision, then in the second stage the validation of the learning device gets 93.5% results, which means that the learning device is declared very feasible or very valid and can be used for trials in class X students.
