Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Sampel penelitian adalah 58 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur minat belajar adalah ketertarikan untuk belajar, perhatian dalam belajar, motivasi belajar dan pengetahuan. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa minat belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan minat belajar siswa. Artinya semakin baik minat belajar siswa akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang semakin baik.Kata Kunci: minat belajar, hasil belajar siswaLEARNING INTEREST AS DETERMINANT STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMESThe problem in this research is not optimal student learning outcomes. It is characterized by the acquisition of learning outcomes of students who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in school. This study aims to determine the effect of learning interest on student learning outcomes. The method used in this research was survey method with data collection using a questionnaire rating scale models. Samples were 58 students of class X of Office Administration Vocational High School (SMK) in Bandung. The approach used is a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques using regression analysis. The indicator used to measure learning interest is an interest in learning, attention to learning, motivation to learn and knowledge. Based on regression analysis, the result that learning interest has a significant impact on learning outcomes. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes can be improved through increased student learning interest. Means the better the interest of student learning will have an impact on student learning outcomes for the better.Keywords: learning interest, student learning outcome
The aims of this study is to determine the zakat management system and the accountability of the Amil Zakat institution's financial statements in order to be able to maximize the potential of zakat that can be collected. Zakat is the third pillar of Islam that must be fulfilled by all Muslims in the world when it has reached its provisions. Accountability of financial statements is a manifestation of responsibility to society, the state, and Allah. Therefore the Amil Zakat Institution must report the results of zakat management and distribution to Muzakki in order to gain trust from the community so that the potential for zakat collected is much greater because of the public's trust in the Amil Zakat institution. In order for the public's awareness and trust in zakat to become more flourishing, it can be realized through the performance of accountable, transparent and professional Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ). For this reason, the Amil Zakat institution must have a financial report which is a reflection of good financial management.
The theme of the article is: zakat management. The purpose of the article is: to examine the potential of zakat to overcome poverty. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Zakat is a property that must be issued by a Muslim to give to those who have the right to receive it in accordance with Islamic law. The analysis shows that zakat can reduce the number of poor families from 84% to 74%. This shows the extraordinary potential of zakat which can prosper the people. Therefore the people need to be made aware of the importance of fulfilling the obligation of zakat. This awareness can be through socialization and education to the public related to the law, the wisdom of zakat, the assets of the zakat object as well as the procedures for calculation, and the relation between zakat and taxes. This is the duty of the government and the community to continue to campaign for zakat.
Berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa perlu ditingkatkan khususnya pada materi fluida statis, maka diterapkan model experiential learning. Model experiential leraning mengajak siswa untuk berperan aktif selama proses pembelajaran dengan mengembangkan pengalaman-pengalaman siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model experiential learning dan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi fluida statis. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design, dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIA-5 SMAN 1 Rancaekek. Data keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model experiential learning diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh melalui tes uraian. Hasil penelitian selama tiga kali pertemuan menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas guru dan siswa setiap pertemuannya dengan rata-rata 92,15% berkategori sangat baik. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi fluida statis dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,60 berkategori sedang. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data tidak terdistribusi normal, maka uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon match pair. Diperoleh hasil > yang berarti ditolak dan diterima. Hasil ini menujukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menggunakan model experiential learning pada materi fluida statis.
After winning World War II, the United States (US) tried to spread its hegemony in almost all aspects, including culture. Starbucks has become the biggest MNC belong to the US that spreads western culture in Indonesia. Starbucks, with its 326 outlets in Indonesia, has brought its new value to Indonesian society. In this paper, the writer would like to analyze the response of Indonesians in dealing with the cultural hegemony that Starbucks brings as the representation of the American culture. This paper uses library research as the data collection method and qualitative method in analyzing the data. The writer analyzes this case by applying the circuit of culture theory, which consists of 5 aspects: production, consumption, regulation, representation, and identity. The writer will focus on how local coffee shops adopt the management and production process from Starbucks applied in their coffee shops. The creativity of Indonesians has made new cultures are quickly adopted. The advent of Starbucks in Indonesia had stimulated the establishment of local coffee shops that are not less competitive with Starbucks as the giant coffee shop corporation. The local coffee shops can give a unique experience in enjoying a coffee just like Starbucks with its “Starbucks Experience”. The local coffee shops also can provide not only coffee, but also other products that might take the interest of customers.
