Penerapan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TKQ Riyadlushshibyan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan anak usia dini menjadi anak yang qurani dan menghasilkan potensi anak-anak usia dini sebagai sumber daya manusia (SDM) berdasarkan Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an terhadap perkembangan nilai agama dan moral (NAM) pada anak usia dini di TKQ Riyadlushshibyan. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan langsung di lokasi penelitian dan yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B (usia 5-6 tahun) yang berjumlah 13 orang. Cara untuk mengumpulkan datanya memakai teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an pada perkembangan NAM anak usia dini menunjukan bahwa anak dapat mengetahui do’a pendek sehari-hari, anak mengetahui surat-surat yang biasa dibaca ketika shalat, anak mengetahui hari besar agama Islam, dan anak menunjukan perilaku sopan, hormat, peduli, toleransi, dan mampu menjaga kebersihan diri.
Teacher competence is a professional standard for educators in understanding learning materials, as well as matters relating to the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PAUD teacher competence in increasing the attractiveness of learning in the New Normal Era. This study uses a quantitative method in which the data processing uses simple linear regression. The population in this study were 50 teachers in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire technique and also interviews. To test the analysis using the F regression test and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results obtained that there is a strong influence between understanding teacher competence and increasing the attractiveness of learning in this new normal era. This is based on the acquisition of the percentage of the influence of 63.7%. So that there is a link between the knowledge of teacher competence and increasing children's interest in learning.
The gersamasapa program is a literacy-based educational innovation created by At-Tauhid PAUD with the aim of increasing children's interest in reading and cultivating positive character in children. This study aims to describe and describe the implementation of literacy-based early childhood learning program management. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were used using observation, interviews and documentation. There were nine subjects or informants in this study consisting of teachers and educational staff at At-Tawhid PAUD. The data collection process was carried out from November to December. The results of this study indicate that the process of 1) planning is carried out by holding a work meeting before the school year begins. The results of the meeting are then listed in the academic calendar and have standard operating procedures (SOP). 2) Organizing involves all parties by forming a gersamasapa program implementation team consisting of persons in charge, chairmen, members, and others which are then listed in an SK (decree). 3) The implementation of the gersamasapa program is carried out through three activities, including one house, one reading corner, literacy training, and storytelling classes. 4) Supervision is carried out by means of home visits and ABC monitoring books
Program berkuda yang dilaksanakan di RA Madinatul Qur’an bertujuan untuk memberikan stimulus, bimbingan, pengajaran, serta pembelajaran yang bisa menjadi alternatif sekolah untuk mengembangkan keenam aspek perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pandangan guru terhadap program berkuda dalam pendidikan anak usia dini di RA Madinatul Qur’an. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan datanya melibatkan 3 orang guru sebagai informan yang terdiri dari guru kelompok A, guru kelompok B1, dan guru kelompok B2. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara secara mendalam kepada seluruh informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya program berkuda yang dilaksanakan di Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Madinatul Qur’an Kota Serang secara tidak langsung tidak hanya sebagai bentuk pembelajaran sunnah yang dianjurkan oleh Rasulullah, dan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan saja, namun juga dapat memberikan pengaruh serta manfaat dalam menstimulus keenam aspek perkembangan yang ada pada anak usia dini, meliputi: nilai agama dan moral (NAM), fisik motorik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional, dan seni.
