<p class="IABSTRAK"><strong>Abstract</strong>: This study aimed to find out the effect of hope and tawakal toward academic stress among undergraduate students. This study used quantitative method with 102 undergraduate students from Islamic college as subjects of this research. Data were collected through three reliable and valid scales; Hope Scale, Tawakal Scale, and Academic Stress Scale. The result of data using multiple regression analysis showed a negative effect of hope and tawakal together toward academic stress among undergraduate students.</p><p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh harapan dan tawakal terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 102 mahasiswa S1 di salah satu perguruan tinggi Islam di D.I. Yogyakarta yang ditentukan dengan teknik <em>accicedental sampling.</em> Data dikumpulkan melalui pemberian tiga skala kepada masing-masing subjek, yaitu Skala Harapan, Skala Tawakal, dan Skala Stres Akademik yang reliabel dan valid. Hasil analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif dari harapan dan tawakal secara bersama-sama terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa. </p><p align="center"><strong><em> </em></strong></p>
The purpose of this study are as follows: 1. To find out the quality of products to consumers satisfaction Pesen Kopi Malang 2. To find out the brand of consumer satisfaction Pesen Kopi Malang 3. To find out loyalty to consumers satisfaction Pesen Kopi Malang. This research was conducted at Malang Coffee Pesen Coffee Shop in January-February 2020. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique is using accidental sampling. Sampling amounted to 75 respondents. Data collection techniques are primary data and documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity and reliability tests, to analyze the PLS Warp. The results of the path coefficients and P values on customer satisfaction are only variables X3 (loyalty) which are significant, that is <0.001 <0.05 and X1 (product quality), X2 (brand) is not significant.
This study aims to describe the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing self-control in students at SMA Dua Mei Ciputat. This type of research is a type of qualitative or non-statistical research. Qualitative research is an intensive search using scientific procedures to produce narrative conclusions both written and oral based on analysis of certain data. Sources of data in research are the subjects from which data can be obtained. The research subject was the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher at SMA Dua Mei. According to Averill in M. Ghufron, self control is called personal control, namely behavior control, cognitive control and decision control. The conclusion of this study is that the teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Dua Mei Ciputat are sufficient to contribute in developing self-control for students at SMA Dua Mei Ciputat. It can be seen that the PAI teacher has tried to develop every aspect of self-control, namely the cognitive control aspect by providing more information about knowledge about Islam by integrating PAI learning material with the surrounding conditions, then the control aspect. The behavior (behavior control) of Islamic Education teachers provides habituation both to students inside and outside the classroom, such as discipline, accustoming students to praying in congregation, as well as aspects of decision control, where students are given the opportunity to have an opinion during discussions conducted with the guidance of the PAI teacher. PAI teachers also provide guidance and direction to students who violate school regulations. From the various contributions of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, it is certainly very influential on the development of student self-control, this can be seen from the habituation applied by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers can provide positive changes to students, such as students having awareness in worshiping and participating in religious activities without coercion from the PAI teacher, students have self-confidence, and make students more interested in deepening the knowledge of Islam.Keywords: Teacher Contribution, Islamic Education and Self-Control
Abstract: Pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring dari rumah sebagai salah satu upaya memutuskan penyebaran Covid-19. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring mengakibatkan beberapa masalah, antara lain kurangnya motivasi dan minat belajar peserta didik serta ketidaksiapan orang tua dalam membimbing anaknya belajar di rumah. Akibatnya, peserta didik tidak mendapatkan pendampingan belajar secara maksimal sehingga berpengaruh kepada tujuan pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan belajar di Desa Maja Baru Kecamatan Maja untuk membantu anak-anak dan orang tua yang mengalami kesulitan selama melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research. Bentuk pendampingan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran luring di salah satu rumah masyarakat secara bergiliran (shift) yang terdiri atas dua sesi, yaitu sesi pagi dan sore.
