THE DEVELOPMENT OF INQUIRY LESSON-BASED SCIENCE MODULE IN WORK AND SIMPLE MACHINE MATERIAL TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ SCIENTIFIC CREATIVITY  AbstractThis research aimed to: 1) develop inquiry lesson-based science modules to improve student’s scientific creativity, 2) determine the feasibility of an inquiry lesson-based science module and 3) find out the effectiveness of inquiry lesson-based science modules to improve students’ scientific creativity. The science module material developed is work and simple machines. The module learning steps are arranged according to the inquiry lesson syntax and students’ scientific creativity indicators. The type of research is research and development (RnD) used Borg and Gall procedure that modified into 9 stages: 1) research and information collection, 2) planning, 3) initial product development, 4) initial field trial, 5) initial product revisions, 6) small-scale trial, 7) second product revisions, 8) operational field trial and 9) final product revisions. Characteristics of the module analyzed using descriptive analysis, module feasibility analyzed based on criteria scores and the module effectiveness analyzed using N-gain score. The result showed that: 1) inquiry lesson-based module has been successfully developed with characteristics according to the inquiry lesson models to improve students’ scientific creativity, 2) inquiry lesson-based module was very feasible used in learning process, 3) inquiry lesson-based module was effective in improving students’ scientific creativity with N-gain score of 0,55.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan modul IPA berbasis inquiry lesson untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa, 2) mengetahui kelayakan modul IPA berbasis inquiry lesson, 3) mengetahui keefektifan modul IPA berbasis inquiry lesson untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa. Modul yang dikembangkan yaitu materi Usaha dan Pesawat. Langkah-langkah pembelajaran pada modul disusun sesuai sintak inquiry lesson dan diintegrasikan dengan indikator kreativitas ilmiah siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan  (RnD) menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi 9 tahap meliputi: 1) penelitian pendahuluan dan pengumpulan informasi, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan produk awal, 4) uji coba awal, 5) revisi produk awal, 6) uji coba terbatas, 7) revisi produk kedua, 8) uji coba lapangan operasional, 9) revisi produk akhir. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik modul, analisis kelayakan modul berdasarkan skor kriteria, analisis keefektifan modul untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa berdasarkan skor N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) modul IPA pada materi usaha dan pesawat sederhana telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan karakteristik sesuai model inquiry lesson untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa, 2) modul IPA berbasis inquiry lesson sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran, 3) modul IPA berbasis inquiry lesson efektif meningkatkan kreativitas ilmiah siswa dengan skor N-gain sebesar 0,55.

Technology is increasingly being used by humans with the aim of making life easier. In a man-made technology, there may be shortages. In this research, the technology to be studied is the Learn Qur'an Tafsir application. The reason why researchers choose this application is because the features in the Learn Qur'an Tafsir cover several themes that use references to the verses of the Qur'an along with their interpretation. Researchers will focus on one of the themes in this application, that is Private Law, which more specific to for the family sustenance law. This theme is important to discuss because sustenance is very crucial in a family. This research is a type of field research. The method used is a qualitative method. Researchers use epistemology to reveal the sources, methods, and validation of the Learn Quran application. The results of this research are first, the source of the Tafsir used is Ibn Katsir's Tafsir, Jalalin's Tafsir, the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's concise & complete interpretation, Tafsir Al-Azhar and Yusuf Ali Quran Translation from tanzil.net. These commentary books are credible interpretations to be used as references. Second, this application starts with 14 major themes, then divides it into the most specific sub-themes, then includes the verse. There is a repetition of verses with different themes in this application. Discussion of the theme with the steps taken by this application makes the resulting discussion less comprehensive. Third, this application does not provide information about the things that are contained in the verse and an explanation of the theme being researched. Apart from that, the connection between the verses that erase the big theme is also not found in this application. In terms of validity, this application is suitable for beginner users who need a description of the interpretation of the Qur'an on a particular theme.

Contempt of court term in Indonesia has been initially originated in the general definition of Law 14th 1985 on Supreme Court item 4 paragraph 4. In that general definition, it implied an obligation to confirm the law soon specifically regulating about the contempt of court in Indonesia. The perspective of legal experts and practitioner, were expected to contribute within the implementation of contempt of court regulation. Controversy on contempt of court started being a polemic as Law Draft of Criminal Code has appeared, in which within one of this law draft has inserted articles about contempt of court. This research was aimed to analyze factors that could cause contempt of court and its urgency in forming the regulation of contempt of court in Indonesia. The method in this research was juridical-empirical method. Moreover, the researchers in this research attempted to describe point of views of legal practitioners in Malang that were obtained from interview and observation with judges, prosecutors, and lawyers. The researchers used qualitative approach as the type of research approach. This research result explained that the prevalence of contempt of court case until recently was appeared due to the lack of public awareness in complying with the law and low ethical behavior of the law of either the society or law enforcer.
