Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana strategi pemasaran produk khas daerah oleh Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palu (Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah) dan Untuk memahami kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palu dalam memasarkan produk khas daerah Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, verivikasi guna mendapatkan data yang benar-benar valid dan dapat di pertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk khas daerah oleh Dinas perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palu terbagi atas dua yaitu promosi dan penjualan adapun yang termasuk dalam promosi yaitu promosi yang di lakukan melalalui media elektronik dan juga mempromosikan melaluli acara-acara besar daerah yang di adakan oleh Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan,Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palu. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Kota Palu dalam memasarkan produk khas daerah Kota Palu (Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah), adalah belum mempunyai outlet sendiri yang di sediakan oleh pemerintah.
On cosmetic products, the halal label indicates a product made from ingredients that do not contain haram elements. The halalness of cosmetic products is also determined by the manufacturing process. Although using parts of animals that are categorized as halal, these animals must be ensured that they have been processed according to Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine the preferences and perceptions of millennial consumers towards halal cosmetics at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate that students or millennial generation consumers in Islamic boarding schools have the same preferences and perceptions of halal cosmetics, namely prioritizing the halalness of every cosmetic product that will be consumed, even though there are one or several of the students who use cosmetics whose halalness is not clear. But so far, the boarding school has guaranteed the halalness of every cosmetic product sold in the boarding school environment, because all the shops that operate in the boarding school environment have been confirmed to sell halal products that are allowed in Islam in accordance with the sharia.
This study examines the implementation of situational leadership style of Principal in Junior High School 1 Wamena Jayawijaya Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. Research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, informants in this study as many as 7 (seven) people. Data collection is done by observation, documentation, indepth interview, data analysis is done by: data reduction; exposure to data (data display); and conclusion drawing / verifying. The results of the study show: 1) The principal has implemented situational leadership style, from the indicator of the principal acting as telling / executing, selling / peddling, participating / delegating / delegating, 2) the support factor of situational leadership style implementation is the principal always try to embrace all parties in carrying out their duties, be fair, provide motivation, the existence of human resources in accordance with the standards of competence, tersesdianya facilities and adequate school infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors among them are some difficult teachers in communicating with leaders, 3) Impact of implementation of situational leadership style of the principal in improving the quality of SMP Negeri 1 Wamena Jayawijaya Regency, which during this school gets the value of accreditation "A", and graduates on when the national exam students 100% pass. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Wamena Kabupaten Jayawijaya.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan berparadigma kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian akan ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling, informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 (tujuh) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi (pengamatan), dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam (indept interview), Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: reduksi data (data reduction); paparan data (data display); dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verifying). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kepala sekolah telah mengimplementasikan gaya kepemimpinan situasional, dari indikator kepala sekolah berperan sebagai telling/memberitahukan telah dilaksanakan, selling/menjajakan, participating / mengikutsertakan delegating/ mendelegasikan, 2) faktor pendukung implementasi gaya kepemimpinan situasional adalah kepala sekolah selalu berusaha untuk merangkul semua pihak dalam menjalankan tugasnya, bersikap adil, memberikan motivasi, adanya SDM yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi, tersesdianya sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang memadai. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat diantaranya adalah ada beberapa guru yang sulit dalam berkomunikasi dengan pimpinan, 3) Dampak implementasi gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu SMP Negeri 1 Wamena Kabupaten Jayawijaya, dimana selama ini sekolah mendapat nilai akreditasi "A", dan lulusan pada saat ujian nasional siswa 100% lulus.
