Rambu-Rambu Village is one of the villages in Laeya District, South Konawe Regency. Rambu-Rambu Village has potential human resources, potential for agricultural and plantation products that can support entrepreneurial development. The problem faced by the community, especially the Family Welfare Empowerment Group (FWE)) is that they do not yet have the knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship because they have never received entrepreneurship counseling from the government and universities. To overcome this problem, it is important to conduct counseling through the Institute for Research and Community Service (IRCS). The purpose of entrepreneurship counseling is to convey information to the FWE group so that they have knowledge, understanding and increase the participants' insight on how to do entrepreneurship. The method of implementing the extension is through the stages of observation and site survey, coordinating with the village government, preparing the location for the extension event, and providing tools or facilities and infrastructure, then carrying out counseling through lectures and questions and answers. Entrepreneurship counseling was held at the Rambu-Rambu Village Hall with a total of 42 participants. The results of the extension activities showed that the extension materials delivered by the extension team were very useful for the FWE group because it could provide motivation, could increase knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and could encourage the FWE group to be more creative and innovative in taking micro and small business opportunities. From the results of the question and answer, it was also revealed that after completing the entrepreneurship counseling activities, it is better to continue the beginner entrepreneur training activities for the practice of making micro and small business products.
Rambu-Rambu Village, Laeya District, South Konawe Regency, has the potential of human resources and natural resources that encourage economic progress and prosperity in the village. The problem faced is that the potential of human resources has not been able to take advantage of agricultural or plantation products such as bananas which are quite abundant. The creative and innovative spirit of the community members to process bananas as a product that has high value and sources of family income is still minimal. The problem faced by the community is that the selling price of raw and ripe bananas is very cheap, so they cannot be relied on as a source of family income. The lack of knowledge and skills and the entrepreneurial spirit of the community members to process bananas into products that have high selling value, is a consideration for the implementing team from the Institute for Research and Community Service, Lakidende University to conduct training on making banana chips in Rambu-Rambu Village. The purpose of the training in making chips is to provide basic knowledge and skills on how to process bananas into chips for the residents of Rambu-Rambu Village. The methods used in the training activities are lecture, demonstration and question and answer methods. The stages of implementing the activity are an explanation of the importance of utilizing bananas as a valuable product, the objectives and benefits of training in making banana chips, then the stages of peeling banana skins, slicing bananas, frying, mixing various flavors, packaging and installing banana chips name labels. The results of the evaluation of the banana chip making training that all participants were very satisfied, enthusiastic, and could increase their knowledge, skills and get many benefits. In addition, the trainees were motivated to start a banana chip business to increase family income
In particular, this article aims to analyze several phenomena of hidden forms of power in the process of creating dynastic politics ahead of the 2024 concurrent municipal elections, a case study in the Konawe Regency. To do this, the author uses the Powercube-Gaventa theory from the perspective of hidden forms of power. The author uses a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document studies in the data collection process. This study provides several conclusions, including 1) There is alienation in PAN's internal candidacy process. Dynastic politics operates to control the other party and influence their decisions and support. Potential and experienced political party cadres are quickly eliminated; 2) Setting the agenda of the dynasty. Already exist at all levels of the legislature starting with the DPRD district, the DPRD and DPR RI provinces, and the regional bureaucracies; 3) Actual control of the party. There was a dynasty in the DPD PAN so an actor had a chance of being supported and promoted by the party. The results of this study are rather pragmatic, political parties do not create competent cadres, so they do not give birth to ideal figures through the influence of hidden power, especially in the local elections taking place at the same time in 2024. In addition, dynastic politics through party political instruments does not affect the existence of political waves and conflicts caused by the greater power of the regent (regional head) for the current dynasty-forming period.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses Prosedur pelayanan publik yang terjadi di UPTD SAMSAT Wilayah Kota Kendari, peningkatan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor di SAMSAT Kota Kendari serta hubungan antara Prosedur pelayanan publik dengan peningkatan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data-data diperoleh dengan wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner serta observasi di lapangan. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan teknik analisa data kualitatif, yaitu analisa terhadap data yang diperoleh berdasarkan kemampuan nalar peneliti dalam menghubungkan fakta, informasi dan data. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa telah terjadi Prosedur pelayanan publik Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dan Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK) melalui perbaiakan sistem dan prosedur serta perubahan perilaku pemberi layanan dimana para pemberi layanan semakin mendekatkan diri kepada wajib pajak yang tercermin dari sikap ramah yang ditunjukkan pegawai kepada masyarakat guna meningkatkan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Akan tetapi, jika dilihat dari orientasi pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan, belum dapat sepenuhnya mencerminkan Prosedur pelayanan publik karena pegawai masih berorientasi kepada intensif yang akan diterima, belum sepenuhnya beorientasi kepada pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sehubungan dengan upaya SAMSAT dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor, terjadi peningkatan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor dan STNK setiap tahunnya yang disebabkan oleh kenaikan tarif pajak dan jumlah peningkatan jumlah masyarakat sadar pajak.
Beberapa permasalahan yang di hadapi dalam proses manajemen pengembangan pariwisata pada Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Konawe yaitu rendahnya alokasi dana di sektor pariwisata, serta terbatasnya kualitas maupun kuantitas dari sumber daya manusia yang menyebabkan belum tercapainya tujuan organisasi secara keseluruhan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pengembangan Pariwisata Pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan teknik wawancara, obeservasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengembangan pariwisata pada Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Konawe pada dasarnya ditinjau dari proses perencanaan belum optimal karena anggaran yang masih terbatas. Dimensi pengorganisasian dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik walaupun dihadapkan dengan jumlah pegawai yang terbatas tetapi dengan kerjasama yang baik, hal tersebut tidak dijadikan alasan terhambatnya pelaksanaan tugas. Dimensi kepemimpinan sudah berjalan dengan baik, pimpinan senantiasa memberikan arahan dan motivasi kepada pegawai dalam bekerja. dan didalam proses pengendalian berjalan cukup baik dengan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala
