Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pemerintah yaitu program percepatan hak milik tanah yang berguna bagi masyarakat atas hak kepemilikan tanah. Penulis memakai penelitian hukum empiris yaitu mengkaji dan meneliti gejala di lapangan untuk dianalisi menggunakan analisa hukum. Hasil dari penelitian meliputi pelaksanaan program pemerintah yang terdiri dari 7 tahapan yaitu tahap penyuluhan, pengumpulan data fisik, pengumpulan data yuridis, pemeriksaan tanah, pengumuman dan penetapan hak, pembukuan hak, penerbitan dan penyerahan sertifikat. Keseluruhan tahapan PTSL telah dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Abstract. This study aims to determine the government's program, namely the acceleration program for land ownership rights which is useful for the community for land ownership rights. The author uses empirical legal research, which is to examine and examine symptoms in the field to be analyzed using legal analysis. The results of the research include the implementation of government programs which consist of 7 stages, namely the counseling stage, physical data collection, juridical data collection, land inspection, announcement and determination of rights, bookkeeping of rights, issuance and delivery of certificates. All stages of PTSL have been carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

In the village election system there is always a political problem. In the election of the village head the seizure of power is very natural. In order to gain a power the candidates of the village head justified various ways to win the election result of the village head. It is intended that each candidate of the village head can fulfill his wish to occupy the highest position at the village level.This research has purpose to know how the implementation of village head election system in Pucung Village, Kismantoro Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency whether the village head election system refers to Law number 6 year 2014 about Village. From the results of the research we get that the village head election system, in Pucung Village, Kismantoro Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency there are some violations that are not realized especially by the village community such as money politics and campaign that precedes the start line because it has become the culture of the village community.Violations contained in the village head election system, in Pucung Village, Kismantoro Sub-district, Wonogiri District due to lack of public knowledge about Law number 6 of 2014 on the Village is due to the low education of the village community.

BACKGROUND: Health development is part of Indonesia’s national development. It is implemented by creating a social security system run by the Social Security Administrator for Health (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan/BPJS Health) based on Law No. 24 of 2011. AIM: This study analyzes the legal protection for BPJS health participants who are hospital inpatients. It also discusses their rights and obligations that are yet unfulfilled. METHODS: This research uses the juridical doctrinal or normative method. This is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. RESULTS: As patients, BPJS health participants’ rights are legally protected by Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health and Law No. 44 of 2009 on Hospitals. Unfortunately, some participants often experience problems when they require hospitalization. For instance, there is usually a lack of information on the provision of treatment rooms. Another issue is that the BPJS patients often only obtain a 3-day hospitalization facility as the fee allocation from BPJS health has run out. CONCLUSION: Thus, it is concluded that there is adequate legal protection for BPJS health patients who are hospitalized both as consumers and as BPJS health participants. However, there are still issues with its application. The participants who feel harmed by the treatment may file a lawsuit on consumer protection concerning the inadequate services or a lawsuit on malpractice if there are violations.
