Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah SMK N 1 Songgom dalam mengoptimalkan peran aktif warga sekolah dalam mengembangkan layanan pendidikan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah naratif study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan secara intern oleh Kepala Sekolah antara lain optimalisasi layanan pembelajaran daring, optimalisasi layanan administrasi sekolah dan optimalisasi pemenuhan serta perawatan fasilitas sekolah. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan untuk ekstern atau warga masyarakat sekitar, yaitu menerjunkan tim untuk pembagian Hand Sanitizer buatan guru SMK Negeri 1 Songgom sekaligus memberikan edukasi terkait dengan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19. serta membuat vlog tentang pembelajaran daring dan himbauan pencegahan penyebaran covid-19 yang di unggah dan dibagikan melalui kanal Youtube Kepala Sekolah.
Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, the use of e-learning is influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use by adding other factors, namely self-confidence and subjective norms. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of perceived usefulness on the use of e-learning; (2) The effect of perceived ease of use on the use of e-learning; (3) The effect of self-confidence on the use of e-learning; (4) The effect of subjective norms on the use of e-learning. The Explanation Approach is used to explore the data in this study. The population in this study was the 2016 Accounting Education Bachelor Program students, amounting to 116 students. The number of samples in this study were 116 students. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measure of research variables. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, self-confidence, and subjective norms have a significant effect on the use of e-learning.
The development of education has several important points to be developed. One of them is through teachers' performance. Teachers' role becomes important in generating high quality and competitive graduates. Quantitative method with multiple regression analysis technique was used to observe the influence of work satisfaction and intrinsic motivation towards teachers' performance which was moderated by transformational leadership. The sample consisted of 149 Vocational High School teachers in Pemalang Regency. The research finding showed that there was significant effect of work satisfaction and intrinsic motivation towards teacher's performance which was moderated by transformational leadership.
Seketi Village is a village located in Mojoagung Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, East Java, which has potential plants including toga plants including red ginger. Red ginger cultivation in Seketi Village is only processed into a red ginger powder. Processed consists of red ginger powder which is sold by the public but is limited because not everything is offered. The purpose of this community service program is to educate rural communities through training in making red ginger culinary preparations namely red ginger milk pie. The research method used is direct training by documenting each of the steps practiced in the process of making red ginger milk pie. Furthermore, the recording was uploaded to the Seketi Village YouTube account. The results obtained from this community service activity are the creation of processed red ginger in the form of red ginger milk pie.
The covid-19 pandemic affects businesses facing the dilemma between the company's health and risks. This study aims to investigate the practice of CSR of food and beverage companies in Malang on the economic and social dimensions before and during the pandemic. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to the managers or owners of the companies. Thirty questionnaires were descriptively analyzed. The results of this study indicate that some companies in Malang increase their CSR quality during the pandemic, such as by adding CSR quantity, implementing health protocols inside their restaurants, maintaining product cleanliness, giving more attention to employees' health, and increasing more alms by distributing masks and vitamins to customers and the public.
