Good self control will lead individual to have discipline behavior. This research aims to describe the contribution of self control to students’ discipline. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The subject of the research was 42 students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau. Scale was used to collect the data which consist of Self Control Scale and Students’ Discipline Scale. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic method and simple regression with SPSS version 20. The research findings shows significant contribution of self control to students’ discipline. Thus, self control gives significant impact to students’ discipline. This findings is based on data analysis which shows r score 0,71 means there is strong relationship between self control and students’ discipline.

Elderly is a natural process experienced by every human being who will reach the old age. Elderly is not a disease, but this is a normal process that will occur. In this stage, there are many problems faced by the elderly both the deceased physical and mental problems such as depression, anxiety, stress. The problems occurring in the elderly are important things that require attention and care. Hypnotherapy is a way to improve mental health such as anxiety. This method of therapy uses hypnosis in the form of verbal advice. This paper tries to explain the concept of hypnotherapy and aspects related to hypnotherapy, which it intend which reduce mental problems such as anxiety that occurs in the elderly.

<p>Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan tentang Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) serta metode penanganannya. Setiap manusia tentu menginginkan tubuh yang sempurna, terkadang keinginan untuk mencapai kesempurnaan itu apabila telah berlebihan akan menyebabkan gangguan dismorfik tubuh atau Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). Body Dysmorphic Disorder cenderung berkembang terutama pada usia remaja, apalagi seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang menyebabkan individu-individu saling membandingkan diri di sosial media. Body Dysmorphic Disorder adalah gangguan pikiran yang merasa adanya kecacatan dalam penampilan fisik dan menyebabkan distress dan penurunan fungsi sosial. Istilah Body Dysmorphic Disorder awalnya dikategorikan sebagai dysmorphophobia untuk menyebut perilaku tertentu yang menganggap suatu bagian tubuh tertentu pada dirinya merupakan hal yang buruk, sehingga terkadang tampak pada perilaku individu yang mengunggah foto dengan mengedit salah satu atau beberapa anggota tubuhnya. Body Dysmorphic Disorder dapat timbul karena adanya banyak faktor pendukung bukan terbentuk dari kerusakan tunggal, melainkan dari kontribusi berbagai faktor seperti biologis, psikologis, dan sosiokultural. Penderita gangguan ini dapat diberikan bantuan melalui Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.</p>

John Holland's theory of vocational personality and work environment is one of the most used, researched, and respected career development theories.  Holland believes that a person's choice of a job is a person's expression so that the higher the compatibility between a person's personality and the job one chooses, the higher the level of job satisfaction and stability. But the current reality is that there are individuals who are not given the opportunity to choose and consider experience in their careers, so it is important to introduce Holland's theory to individuals who will prepare to enter the world of work by providing guidance to individuals to understand their personality, the work environment they will be they face and how the two things are related, so that individual career choices are more focused. The method used in this article is a literature review by collecting various reference sources starting from 2018-2022 related to Holland's theory. Holland's theory allows individuals to direct themselves to careers that are in accordance with one's motivation, knowledge, personality, and abilities so that it is expected to reduce problems that have a tendency to arise due to individual incompatibility with work. Therefore, it is important for counselors to be able to understand Holland's theory in order to direct individuals to a career that suits them.
