This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on the Employee Performance of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Reward is a form of appreciation to a certain achievement given, both by and from individuals or an institution which is usually given in the form of material or speech. Punishment is a way to direct a behaviour in accordance with the behaviour that applies in general. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as standard results of work, targets or targets or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been agreed upon. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 32 respondents who are employees of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Research results show that : reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, reward and positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work value on the performance of study employees in Millennial Bank Mandiri Area Manado employees. Values contain an element of judgment because they contain an individual's ideas about what is true, good or desirable. Work values are important for studying organizational behavior because work values are the basis for understanding attitudes and motivation and influencing our perception. Performance is the result or results achieved during a certain period in the tasks compared to, such as work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been agreed upon in advance have been agreed upon. The relationship between work values and employee performance is closely related to employee empowerment in a company. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study stated that the Value variable in this study had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Study of millennial generation employees in Bank Mandiri Area Manado.PT. Bank Mandiri in Manado should increase and pay more attention to the value of work than employees within the company, especially to millennial generation employees, because giving due to paying attention to work values than millennial generation employees can improve employee performance within the company.
This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. Human resources play an important role in every company, because of that the company must be able to improve performance in the company by providing compensation in accordance with its achievements. This research is a quantitative approach because this research is presented with numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results. In this study, the population studied was 60 employees. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis concluded that compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t-test).
This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Employees Performance at PT. PP Presisi.Tbk Proyek Tol Manado-Bitung. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 70 respondents. The sampling techniques in this study were to use Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study are by using a questionnaire distribution. The analysis techniques used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test, F test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The data that has fulfilled the analysis techniques was processed using the help of the SPSS 25 program. It can be seen from the results of the statistical test that the Occupational Safety and Health independent variables affect the dependent variable of Employee Performance. The results showed that based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the influence of the independent variable Occupational Safety and Health on the dependent variable of Employee Performance is 0,368 or 3,68 % which shows that Employee Performance can be influenced by Occupational Safety variable and Occupational Health variable. While the remaining 63, 2 % is influenced by other variables that do not exist in this study. This shows that Occupational Safety and Health has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Where if Occupational Safety is guaranteed and Occupational Health is goodwill improve Employee Performance.
This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Mall Manado. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative and data collection carried out by survey. The population in this research is all employees who work at Matahari Mega Mall. The sample determined in this study was using Slovin formula as many as 44 respondents using Correlation Analysis, t Test, and Simple Linear Regression. The results of R show 0.370 means that the relationship between Work Leadership and Motivation Style is Quite Strong, R Square shows 0, 137 which means Work Motivation Variables are influenced by 13, 70% by Leadership Style Variables and the remaining 86.30% are influenced by other variables not used in this study. The t test shows a significant value of 0.013, which means that the Leadership Style Variable has a Positive and Significant effect on the Employee Motivation Variables. The Simple Linear Regression equation obtained is Y = 25,521 + 0,607.X1. From these equations, the Constants show that if the Leadership Style is worth Zero, then Work Motivation is equal to 25,521. The Coefficient of Leadership Style is 0.607, meaning that if the other variables are fixed and the Leadership Style increases by 1 point or 1%, Work Motivation will increase by 0.607 per one point / unit. From the results above it can be concluded that the leadership style has a positive influence on Employee Work Motivation, it is expected that the company maintains and improves the factors that influence Employee Work Motivation.
