ABSTRAKPenelitian kuantitatif ini berbentuk Quasi-Eksperimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh kegiatan kirigami terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Yayasan Amalan Parupuk Tabing Padang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 24 anak kelompok B, terdiri dari kelas B1 (Kelas Eksperimen) dan kelas B2 (Kelas kontrol). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes perbuatan guru, berupa pernyataan sebanyak 5 butir item pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak kelas eksperimen menggunakan kirigami memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan origami alam semesta. Angka rata-rata kelas eksperimen yaitu 83,25 dan angka rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 76. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,161>2,07387. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kirigami berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini. Kata Kunci: Kirigami; Kemampuan motorik halus anak. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan pemamahan konsep (X1), kemampuan komunikasi (X2) dan kemampuan koneksi matematika (X3) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Y); pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep (X1) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi (X 2 ), pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep (X 1 ) terhadap kemampuan koneksi (X 3 ) dan pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi (X2) terhadap kemampuan koneksi (X3). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Padang Jaya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, jenis sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Instrumen tes menggunakan Skala Likert dan uraian digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Data dianalisis dengan teknik Analisis Jalur dengan taraf signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( yx1X1= 0,374), kemampuan komunikasi ( yx2X2 = 0,181), kemampuan koneksi (( yx3X3 = 0,201) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah; (2) pengaruh kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( x2x1X1 = 0,323) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi; (3) kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( x3x1X3 = 0,442) terhadap kemampuan koneksi, serta pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi ( x3x2X3 = 0,470) terhadap kemampuan koneksi. The purpose of present study was intended to clarify the prediction of classroom engagement on mathematics achievement of senior and junior high school students. A correlational study design was applied with involving a total sample of 368 students (134 junior high school students and 234 senior high school students). Data were collected from Classroom Engagement Inventory and document of students' mathematics achievement and analyzed using moderator analysis technique. The results indicated that only disengagement negatively predicted mathematics achievement, whereas affective engagement, behavior engagement, and cognitive engagement did not significantly predict mathematics achievement. Furthermore, senior high school with lowest level of disengagement has the best opportunity to attain highest mathematics achievement. Discussion of these findings were intended to clarify strengthen and weakness of grading practices in high school.
This study aims to examine the role of self-control on impulsive buying among late adolescence. The hypothesis of this study is that self-control has a role on impulsive buying. Five hundred and nine subjects consisted of freshmen from 18 faculties and 1 vocational school participated in this study. Measuring instruments used in this study were adapted from an impulsive buying scale and a self-control scale. The results of this study can be concluded that self-control has a role on impulsive buying among late adolescence. Additional analysis indicates that there were differences in impulsive buying rates in gender group and the amount of money that they received monthly from parents, while the difference in self-control rates was shown in the cluster group
On learning activities in the class, teachers are faced with the reality of individual differences in ability. One of the causes that problem are students communication ability and the the teacher must determine the exact learning model to be used based on premilery study at SMPN 1 Tanggeung Cianjur, the ability of students communication at seventh class at material of organisasi kehidupan in the previous year are relatively low. Beside it, the cooperatif learning model tipe inside outside circle on the subject of Biologi has never been used. The purpuse of this research are for finding out the feasibility of study , to find out the students communication with or without learning model, analyzing the effect of learning model and knowing students respon on learning after using learning cooperatif model tipe inside outside circle of the organiasi kehidupan material. The research used quasi experiment method with nonequivalent control group design and the researcer took of the sample fromtwo classes with purposive sample technique, the instrument that was used was observation sheets, questionnaire, pretest and posttest in the form of twenty multiple choice questions that had been previously tasted. From the analysis that the feasibility study had increased, the activity of the teachcer in experiment class by 93,3 % was excellent categorized and control class 97% was excellent categorized too. The students communication in experiment class in average scores of pretest were 50,31, posttest 70,94 and N-gain 0,42 in medium categorized. Retrieved Z hitung 2,28 with the significant 5%, while the Z tabel 1,65. Because Z hitung >Z tabel it can be concluded that H o was rejected dan H a was accepted. It's mean that there was an effect of kooperatif learning model tipe inside out side circle on communication students skill at organisasi kehidupan materials. The students respon on learning using kooperatif learning model tipe inside outside circle had responded excelent with the average 83,05% with strong kualification.
