Rhizobacteria originated from Iron sand soils are thought to be resistant to heavy metals because they are adapted to metal-contaminated environments. Batik industry produces pollutants containing organic substances, solid suspension, and heavy metals such as Lead (Pb) and Zinc (Zn). The objectives of this study were to select and determine the identity of Rhizobacterial isolates tolerant of Pb and Zn metals, to investigate their ability and the optimum pH in tolerating and reducing the concentrations of Pb and Zn in batik wastewater. The results found five Rhizobacterial isolates of Rb2, Rb6, Rb7, Rb8, and Rb12 showing high tolerance to Pb and Zn metals. The adsorption capacity of selected Rhizobacterial isolates of Rb2, Rb8, and Rb12 on Pb was significant at pH 5.5-6.0 with the mean concentration of Pb reduced was 2.836 mg/L (80%), while against Zn by isolates of Rb6, rb7, and Rb12 was high at pH 5.5 with a reduced concentration of 0.8761 mg/L (43.2%). The selected Rhizobacterial isolates of Rb2 and Rb6 were identified as members of the genus Pseudomonas, Rb7 and Rb8 belonged to the genus Lactobacillus, while Rb12 was a species member of the genus Staphylococcus.
Pasar penerbangan di Indonesia semakin kompetitif dengan semakin banyaknya maskapai penerbangan komersial yang beroperasi. Bagi konsumen, hal ini menjadi keuntungan karena pilihan maskapai penerbangan yang semakin bervariasi. Sementara bagi maskapai penerbangan, kondisi ini menuntut purusjluuni uniiik nunipu memberikan pengalaman dan pel.iv.itun yang lebih baik guna menjaga loyalitas konsumen agar dapat menguasai pasar. Perusahaan Maskapai penerbangan seperti Garuda Indonesia perlu mempertimbangkan pengalaman merek yang dirasakan untuk mempertahankan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai pemoderisasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah perbedaan hasil studi empiris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode pupositif sampling Kuesioner dibagikan secara daring kepada responden penelitian dan terdapat 200 responden yang memberikan jawaban secara lengkap. Alat analisis berupa Sfructural Equation Modeling Warp Partial Least Square 6.0 (SEM Warp PLS) dipilih untuk menguji model pengukuran (validitas dan reliabilitas) dan model struktural (pengujian hipotesis). Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman merek dapat mendorong peningkatan loyalitas merek sebesar 19%. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan terbukti dapat bertindak sebagai pemoderasi pada peng.uuh pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek.
Abstract. Lestari S, Solichatun, Anggarwulan E. 2018. Effect of cytokinin and gibberellic acid applications on seed germination and growth of Rauvolfia verticillata plant. Cell Biol Dev 2: 27-32. The purposes of this research are to study the effect of cytokinin and gibberellic acid (GA3) on seed germination and growth of Rauvolfia verticillata Lour. or pule pandak and to determine the best treatment combination that has an optimal effect on the seed germination and growth of R. verticillata. This study was done in a complete randomized design by combination treatment of gibberellic acid and cytokinin that consist of 6 treatment combinations including GA3 0 ppm/ cytokinin 0 ppm, GA3 50 ppm/ cytokinin 0 ppm, GA3 0 ppm/ cytokinin 50 ppm, GA3 50 ppm/ cytokinin 50 ppm, GA3 50 ppm/ cytokinin 75 ppm, GA3 75 ppm/ cytokinin 50 ppm and 8 replicates. The treatments were given by soaking the mature seed in the hormone solution. Some parameters such as germination and growth parameter were measured. The result shows that presoaking treatment with GA3 50 ppm had a greater influence on germinating time, germination percentage, plant height, leaf number, leaf wide, and dry weight than presoaking use cytokinin 50 ppm. Presoaking treatment using a combination of GA3 and cytokinin (G50S50) has a significant influence on increasing fresh weight and dry weight. The combination of GA3 and cytokinin in the concentration of G50S75 influences fresh weight and dry weight plants. The combination of GA3 and cytokinin in concentration G75S50 influences increased germination percentage, plant height, leaf number, and leaf wide.
