Based on previous studies, nitrogen injection could recover oil up to 45-90% of initial reserves. Although this method has a very good ability to produce oil, sometimes the operation pressure is higher than leak off formation pressure. In this study, operation pressure used a low pressure to solve this problem under immiscible process. Objective of this study is to determine the effect of injection pressure and displacement rate on oil recovery performance of continuous one dimensional nitrogen gas injection with a slim tube apparatus. The effect of nitrogen gas-oil contact on the gas composition was investigated using Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer apparatus. In the experiments, nitrogen gas was injected into an oil sample of 38.5 o API gravity at various rates: 20 cc/hr, 30 cc/hr and 36.66/hr under 1500 psi pressure, and then at 20 cc/hr undr 2500 psi pressure. The results showed that an increase in injection rate increased oil recovery factor. The recovery factor lies between 40-54% of original oil in place. Gas analysis before injection and at the injection outlet showed a change of composition. when oil was contacted by nitrogen, indicating that some molecular mass transfer had taken place.
Fast-fashion industries have caused other problems in the fashion industry. They carry out massive fashion production in constant supply and sell the products to consumers. It produces a large number of discarded fashion products, which is extremely problematic because the products decompose and pollute the environment. The government, in response to the phenomenon, endeavors to find practical solutions, one of which is circular fashion. It relates to not only waste processing management but also resources processing. Garment manufacturers should no longer source raw materials from nature. They instead recycle processed materials, creating capital and resource parsimonies. Indonesia has applied circular fashion by conducting sustainable fashion. Albeit widespread in use and practice, sustainable fashion has not been included in the fashion school curriculum. We, accordingly, admonish fashion schools, especially those in Jakarta, e.g., IKJ and Polimedia, to incorporate it into their curriculum. We deployed the qualitative method to generate descriptive data. The data were then analyzed further, through which we could figure out the definition and implementation of sustainable fashion. We collected primary data through structured interviews with several informants, i.e., the department coordinators and lecturers from fashion schools in Jakarta, and secondary data from a literature review. The results demonstrated that, in general, IKJ and Polimedia, the department coordinators, and lecturers understood sustainable fashion, including its definition, implementation, and aspects, namely environmental, social, economic, aesthetic, and cultural. And yet, the implementation of sustainable fashion in the curriculum is still poor, as amending the curriculum is intractable. Some coordinating meetings addressing the curriculum arrangement and curriculum-related activities were necessary.
One of the Higher Education Tri Dharma activities that must be carried out is Community Service activities. Community Service this time, the State University of Jakarta, especially the Faculty of Engineering, plays a role in carrying out Community Service Activities (PkM), namely in Muaragembong District, Bekasi Regency as a fostered area of the Faculty of Engineering UNJ. One of the goals of PKM activities is learning and community empowerment to support alternative solutions in meeting the needs of the target community independently and sustainably. The implementation method used in the implementation of PKM activities is the first step of collecting data on the target audience, surveying the location, preparing for implementation and then carrying out activities. The results of the PKM activity are expected to increase the knowledge and skills of the residents of the simple coastal village of Muaragembong in sewing casual pants, which can be applied in entrepreneurship in the fashion sector to improve the family economy
