Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepribadian terhadap self-disclosure pada dewasa awal pengguna instagram di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 400 orang dewasa awal pengguna instagram. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Revised Self-Disclosure Scales (RSDS) untuk mengukur self-disclosure dan Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Brief version (EPQ-BV) untuk mengukur tipe kepribadian. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan tipe kepribadian terhadap self-disclosure. Extraversion dan neuroticism memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap self-disclosure pada dewasa awal pengguna instagram di Kota Bandung. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi self-disclosure serta menggunakan metode lain.

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of academic emotions and school belonging toward students’ life satisfaction of students of state junior high school in Bandung. The approach used is a quantitative approach by using causality technique research. Cluster random sampling used as sampling technique. 471 students of state junior high school in Bandung completed the adaptation of Achievement Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ), adaptation of Psychological Sense of School Membership (PSSM), and adaptation of Multidimensional Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale (MSLSS). Analyses using linear and multiple regression revealed (1) there is a significant effect of positive academic emotions to students’ life satisfaction, (2) there is a significant effect of negative academic emotions to students’ life satisfaction,(3) there is a significant effect of school belonging to students’ life satisfaction, (4) there is a significant effect of positive academic emotions and school belonging to students’ life satisfaction, and (5) there is a significant effect of negative academic emotions and school belonging to students’ life satisfaction.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran stres kerja pada polisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan teknik penggalian data melalui wawancara. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis tematik. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini melibatkan empat personel polisi di Kepolisian Darah Jawa Barat dari dua direktorat yang berbeda yaitu Direktorat Sabhara (Samapta Bhayangkara) dan Direktorat Reskrimum (Reserse Kriminal Umum). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat stres kerja pada keempat personel dengan faktor penyebab yang berbeda-beda terkait dengan tugas pokok yang berbeda pula. Adapun komponen tersebut diantaranya yaitu beban kerja yang berlebih, resiko cedera dalam pekerjaan, jam kerja yang berlebih, dan tekanan dari masyarakat, serta sumber daya yang tidak memadai. This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian foster pattern on cyberbullying tendencies mediated by emotional intelligence in teenagers in the city of Bandung. This research used a quantitive approach with regression analysis methods with variable mediation method. The sample in this study were 341 teenagers lived in Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. The authoritarian foster pattern is measured using instruments according to Riberio (2009) which is the result of the adaptation of Cahyanuari (2018), emotional intelligence is measured using instruments according to Goleman (2016) which is the result of the adaptation of Jonta (2018), and cyberbullying is measured using instruments from Willard (2017) which is a result adaptation of Agustin. The data analysis technique used in this study was a simple regression analysis to determine the influence of authoritarian foster patterns against cyberbullying tendencies mediated by emotional intelligence. The results of this study show that emotional intelligence cannot be mediated on an authoritarian foster pattern against cyberbullying tendencies.
