<p class="01Judul">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki fenomena perundungan di media sosial dan pengaruhnya terhadap remaja. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu, dengan mencatat semua temuan dan memadukan segala temuan baik teori atau temuan baru tentang perundungan di media sosial bagi remaja, menganalisis segala temuan dari berbagai bacaan dan memberikan gagasan kritis tentang dampak perundungan di media sosial bagi remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, tidak sedikit kasus yang pernah terjadi terhadap remaja berkenaan dengan perundungan di media sosial. Fenomena perundungan di media sosial mempengaruhi jiwa remaja yang menghasilkan konsekuensi negatif pada kinerja akademik, gangguan emosional dan kesenjangan dalam hubungan. Dalam perundungan di media sosial terjadi perbedaan dampak yang signifikan berhubungan dengan gender, bagi anak perempuan cenderung lebih menderita dan lebih terpengaruh dalam perundungan di media sosial dibandingkan dengan anak laki-laki.</p>

<p class="Normal1"><em>This study aims to recruit employees at Waroeng Steak &amp; Shake in an Islamic perspective. This research on employee recruitment in an Islamic perspective is carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation. The results showed that the employee recruitment process carried out by Waroeng Steak &amp; Shake was carried out based on Islamic principles both sourced from the Qur'an or Hadith. In the employee recruitment process, Waroeng Steak &amp; Shake emphasizes competence and integrity. In Islam, competence and integrity can be reflected in religious competence (quwwah al-din), expertise (quwwah al-ahliyah), work ethic (quwwah fikr wa ruhiyah), and trustworthiness.</em></p>

This study aims to reveal the implementation of Islamic Community development based on the empowerment of Natural Resources (NA) assets in Ponggok Village, Polanharjo, Klaten. This research on the development of an Islamic Community based on the empowerment of Natural Resources (NA) assets was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research with data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the development of an Islamic Community based on asset empowerment in Ponggok Village, Polanharjo, Klaten was carried out by; (1) Exploring the natural potential of Ponggok Village which is used as a tourist attraction for Umbul Ponggok, (2) Development of the Umbul Ponggok tourist area through BUMDes Tirta Mandiri, and (3) Marketing strategy of the Umbul Ponggok tourist area through social media. The current achievements obtained by Ponggok Village in developing the potential of natural resources cannot be separated from the cooperation of the village government, the tourism office, and residents to boost the standard of living of the people in it and improve the quality of better tourism through the development of natural resource potential. Suggestions for further researchers to conduct research in Ponggok Village with other studies, In addition, to conduct research related to the development of natural resources in other areas.Keywords: Community Development, Natural Resource (NR), Ponggok Village

This study aims to examine the concept of exchange and the role of money according to Ibnu Miskawaih. This research on the concept of exchange and the role of money is carried out by using a library research approach, namely, by recording all findings and combining all findings, both theories or new findings from books, websites, articles and newspapers on the study of the concept of exchange and the role money according to Ibn Miskawaih. The results of the study show that Ibn Miskawayh's Islamic Economics thought a lot about the exchange of goods and services and the role of money. According to him, humans are social beings who need each other to meet the needs of goods and services. Therefore, humans will exchange goods and services with appropriate compensation (riward, al-mukafad al-munasibah). Humans act as assessors and balancers (al-muqawwim al-musawwi baynahuma) in exchange so as to create justice. Ibn Miskawaih also discussed the advantages of gold coins (dinar) which are widely accepted and become substitutes (mu'awwid) for all types of goods and services. This is because gold is a metal that is durable, easy to carry, not easy to imitate, desired and loved by many people
