<pre><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the problem of integrating the strengthening of character education in thematic learning that discuss the problem of the design of learning implementation, implementation of learning, assessment of learning and solutions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research and used the Robert K. Yin data analysis model. The results of this study state that there are problems in making the design of the implementation of learning, the implementation of learning and assessment of learning. It is suggested that the teacher must optimize the planting of characters by cooperating with each other between the school, the community, and the education office to improve deficiencies in the planting of character education in schools. </pre><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problem pengintegrasian penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik yang membahas tentang masalah rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran dan solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan menggunakan analisis data model Robert K. Yin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat masalah dalam pembuatan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Disarankan guru harus mengoptimalkan penanaman karakter dengan saling bekerja sama antar pihak sekolah, masyarakat, dan dinas pendidikan guna memperbaiki kekurangan dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah.
<pre><strong>Abstract: </strong>This research aims to describe the program's cultural activities as a deciding of the quality of the school. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type. The results of this research, namely, programs for strengthening the character education religious values that exist in the school consist of extracurricular, co-curricular and cultural school. But the quality of a school is determined from the culture of the schools it has set. This is because the program of extracurricular and co-curricular activities is not every day executed by learners. So that the character resulting from the program of extracurricular and co-curricular activities is not as much as the program of school culture activities that are applied everyday. </pre><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program-program kegiatan budaya sekolah sebagai penentu dari mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu program-program kegiatan penguatan pendidikan karakter nilai religius yang ada di sekolah terdiri dari krgiatan ekstrakurikuler, co-kurikuler, dan budaya sekolah. Akan tetapi, mutu dari sebuah sekolahan tersebut ditentukan dari budaya sekolah yang diterapkannya. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan co-kurikuler tidak setiap hari dijalankan oleh peserta didik. Jadi, karakter yang dihasilkan dari program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan co-kurikuler tidak semaksimal program kegiatan budaya sekolah yang diterapkan setiap hari.
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of E-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Malang City Government, and analyze the obstacles to the implementation of E-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in Malang City Government. The re- search method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive models. The results showed that in general the implementation of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the City Government of Malang was effective as evidenced by the implementation of transparent and accountable tenders that made it possible for loyal agencies / companies to take part in the tender. the web. However, there are several obstacles, namely duplicate positions, poor human resources and infrastructure that is less supportive.
<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this development research is to produce a book enriching local cultural themes based on strengthening character education and literacy. The product consists of a teacher manual and student books. Products developed with the ADDIE model consist of analysis (analysis), design (design), develop (development), implement (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). Product feasibility test is obtained through validation test, attractiveness test, practicality test, and influence test to support the research results. Based on a series of tests carried out, the product was declared to have met the criteria and requirements for use in the field as a supporting book.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku pengayaan tema budaya lokal berbasis Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dan literasi. Produk terdiri dari buku panduan guru dan buku siswa. Produk dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE terdiri dari <em>analisys</em> (analisis), <em>design</em> (desain), <em>develop</em> (pengembangan), <em>implement</em> (implementasi), dan <em>evaluation</em> (evaluasi). Uji kelayakan produk diperoleh melalui kegiatan uji validasi, uji kemenarikan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji pengaruh guna mendukung hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan serangkaian pengujian yang dilakukan, produk dinyatakan telah memenuhi kriteria dan persyaratan untuk digunakan di lapangan sebagai buku penunjang.
<span lang="EN-US">Education programs planned and implemented in schools have a great impact on the forming of the student’s character and intelligence. This study aims to describe the planning of management to strengthen character education based on Pancasila values in the international class program at laboratory elementary school (Labschool) Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Qualitative research with a case study research design is used in this study. The data was obtained through unstructured interviews with principals, teachers, education personnel, school committees, and stakeholder. All information is tested for credibility and validity through triangulation. The results of this study showed that planning activities in character education strengthening programs are divided into aspects of learning and non-learning. The formulation of the school's vision and mission is used as the basis for implementing character education in schools, by adjusting learning characteristics that refer to western education patterns, which are combined with eastern culture as outlined in student character-building activities. The impact of implementing school strategies in strengthening student character is inherent in students’ daily lives, both in the environment where they live and in their school environment, and continues to carry over into adulthood.</span>
