The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the effect of health and religious beliefs on consumer consciousness of using halal cosmetics. The subjects of this study are adult women who use cosmetics labeled halal and domiciled in Medan city. The number of samples is 100 people based on convenience sampling. Questionnaire is a data collection tool used in this study while the type is quantitative research. The analysis technique uses a variance-based SEM (PLS) approach with the Smart PLS 3 program. The findings of this study are that health and religious beliefs have a significant and positive effect on consumer consciousness of using halal cosmetics. The government, producers and cosmetics users must know that the concept of halal in cosmetics can be used as a global symbol to ensure the quality of the lifestyle of cosmetic consumers in the world. Because halal has positive scores for all lines of society. As healthy, clean, and protected from harmful ingredients. So this study recommends the need for the government which has the authority to consider halal cosmetic concepts to make regulations in producing cosmetics. Whereas for producers is a business opportunity or strategy to get more income. Because someone will be more aware of a positive after experiencing the effects of consuming something that can endanger her life.

Halal food and product is a food that is free from what is forbidden, delicious and nutritious, the product does not contain najis, harmful ingredients, and is clean from dirt that can provide the values of goodness, health, safety, purity, beauty, and not cause harm to others but cause benefits for the ummah both materially and spiritually. So far, the general public views halal food and products only for Muslim consumers. In fact, halal food and products can be consumed by all consumer backgrounds, because this brand is holistic, namely a cosmetic brand that is not separated from one's beliefs. So based on this phenomenology, this study aims to analyze the influence of trust and health on public awareness of consuming halal food and products. This study was analyzed by quantitative research methods using the SPSS approach. This research found that beliefs and health affect consciousness. So it is recommended for stakeholders to build consumer awareness dynamically such as through socialization to the public about halal food and products.
Analysis of the amount of financing the hajj bailout for the cost of the pilgrimage (Case Study of Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-Branch Stabat).Asmawarna Sinaga and Anjur Perkasa Alam. Hajj financing is a loan from a sharia bank to customers to cover the shortage of funds to obtain a seat (seat) Hajj at the time of repayment BPIH (Hajj Travel Expenses). This financing product uses the Qardh Wal Ijarah principle. The purpose of this research is to know the view of Islamic law against financing of Hajj bailout fund and to know the view of Islamic law about ujrah fee on akad of bailout fund of Hajj. This research is field research. The definition of the Hajj bailout is a bailout fund from a bank to a special customer to cover kekurangandana to cover the lack of funds to obtain a portion number at the time to pay the cost of organizing the pilgrimage. The research design uses a qualitative approach with non-statistical analysis While the data analysis techniques use content analysis and interactive methods consisting of data reduction, data collection, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study note that the akad bailout funds in Islamic banks contain multi-akad, where the contract used qardh and ijarah is allowed. While the view of Islamic law regarding the taking of ujrah fee on hajj bailout fund is not in accordance with sharia due to the percentage of ujrah fee based on qardh fund.
