Project management provides organizations with a range of managerial processes to survive in a fierce competition and scarcity of resources. Because they are complex, most projects require an effective project management throughout its life cycle. Find an increased level of maturity in project management has been a frequent concern of organizations seeking to operate in an integrated manner and promote the culture of project management. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the choice of management strategies for projects that do not close doors to innovation, to anticipate needs and demands of the market and still keep the focus on goals transformed the unexpected risks in planned and monitored. This paper presents a study regarding the maturity of project management in the engineering organization of oil and energy, addressing the concept of maturity in project management, maturity models and strategies adopted in this process.
Goal: The growing complexity of problems induces the use of multi- and interdisciplinary approaches in their solution. This situation occurs in a number of fields, including in the field of Education. The results of research from the interdisciplinary point of view in Education are presented in several journals, addressing different subjects, which prevents a holistic view on the development of this area. In order to fill this gap, this article aims to study interdisciplinarity in education in order to understand how the concept of interdisciplinarity has been applied in this area.
Design / Methodology / Approach: It consists of a bibliographical survey, with articles indexed in the SCOPUS database. The selection of articles was limited to a transversal research in the literature from 2014 to 2018, using the following keywords: interdisciplinarity and higher education.
Limitations of the investigation: Through the methodology used, 60 articles were selected.
Results: Few articles were related to interdisciplinary practices, demonstrating the need for research to cover this gap.
Practical implications: Although the subject began in the 1970s, there is still much to be researched regarding interdisciplinarity in education, to allow a better dissemination and practice thereof, so that students have a systemic view of current complexity.
Originality/ Value: The study points out a gap in the literature, and the quantitative results suggest that there is a greater deficiency of works directed to the application of the interdisciplinary approach in the development of this aspect for the improvement of society.

Embora o mercado de produtos orgânicos ainda seja pequeno, se comparado ao mercado de alimentos convencionais, observa-se crescente demanda mundial por esta categoria de alimentos. Sendo assim, explicitar a importância da certificação de produtos orgânicos no Brasil em tempos de globalização se faz extremamente relevante, pois o consumo deste seguimento está cada vez mais em ascensão. A certificação é a garantia da procedência e da qualidade orgânica de um alimento natural ou processado. O agricultor ganha um diferencial de mercado ao oferecer produtos de melhor qualidade e mais valorizados, estabelecendo uma relação de confiança com o consumidor. Já o consumidor tem a garantia de um alimento sem contaminação química, cuja produção respeita o meio ambiente e o trabalhador. Além disso, o selo de certificação de um alimento orgânico fornece ao consumidor mais do que a garantia de estar levando para a casa um produto isento de contaminação química. Concluiu-se que a certificação orgânica é um fator importante e decisivo para conquistar maior credibilidade dos consumidores, além de conferir maior transparência às práticas e aos princípios utilizados na produção orgânica.</p>
