This article aims to describe the application of human resource management in improving the quality of teacher learning. The research used a qualitative approach, while the type of research was survey/field research. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the collected data will be analyzed with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that a) The application of human resource management in improving the quality of teacher learning: (1) Planning for Human Resource Needs (2) Procurement of Human Resources/Recruitment Staff. (3) Assessment of Work Performance and Compensation of Human Resources. (4) Human Resources Training and Development. (5) Creating and Fostering Effective Work Relationships. b) Supporting factors are support from student guardians, students, and school principals, leadership, human resources, facilities, culture. Inhibiting Factors are limited learning time, Less optimal education and teacher training development, Quality communication. c) The results of improving the quality of teacher learning through the application of human resource management are evidenced by the completeness and quality of teaching tools owned by teachers of SMK N 2 Jepara which include: RPP, journals, student attendance lists, question analysis, enrichment programs, and assessment instrument. So that each student has a Study Result Card, Value Transcript (report card), Portfolio, and Competency Certificate
This research describe about the leadership of the head madrasah in improving quality of education and performance teacher at MAN 1. This kind of research is field reseach, with the design, case study. The data collection techniques through interviews, observation the questionnaire, and documentation of. As for the analysis of data used in the qualitative study conducted in an interactive and place in a continuous, to completion so that the data is saturated.Activity in, data analysis namely the reduction of, data , presentation of data the withdrawal of conclusions and verification. This study describes character building through scout extracurricular activities at a private madrassa in Kudus city Indonesia. This research approach is qualitative, to reveal and understand the reality in Private Madrasah Banat Kudus. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The research findings are the interrelation of scout extracurricular activities by building student character, namely the learning outcomes in the classroom with attitudes and skills that students need to develop to have noble values of characters, including religious, honest, disciplined, democratic, socially caring, caring environment, tolerance, deliberation, help each other, communicative and appreciate diversity.
Berbicara tentang manusia, tentu tidak cukup melihat dari sisi lahiriyah saja. Jauh lebih dari itu adalah sisi bathiniyahnya. Kedua wilayah ini sangat perlu diperhatikan guna mencapai kebahagian hakiki manusia yaitu dunia dan akhirat. Hal yang mendasar berkaitan dengan manusia adalah tentang kebutuhannya. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana kebutuhan manusia menurut Maslow jika dilihat dari perspektif maqasid. Lebih lanjut akan dikomparasikan dengan pemikiran Al-ghozali yang sudah lebih dahulu ada. Hasilnya adalah Pertama, perbedaan paling mendasar antara kedua tokoh tersebut adalah tentang mana yang lebih dahulu dipenuhi (Maslow) atau mana yang harus dilindungi (Al-ghozali). Kedua, sesuai dengan basic penelitian Maslow yang berdasar pada rasio, empiric dan naluriah (ilmiah), bertepatan dengan kondisi pasca Perang Dunia II, Ia menekankan teorinya pada kebutuhan fisik manusia yang harus diutamakan dibanding kebutuhan lainnya. Sedangkan Al-ghozali dengan pendekatan tasawufnya, yang bersumber dari nash-rasio dengan latar belakang adanya krisis spiritual pada saat itu, menekankan perlindungan agama sebagai satu hal yang paling utama. Sebab, menurutnya, puncak dari maqasid syariah yang berupa maslahah adalah menjaga tujuan-tujuan syara’. Dalam hal ini adalah agama. Ketiga, Maslow menekankan puncak kebutuhan manusia adalah aktualisasi diri yang lebih bersifat individual dan materialistik. Sedangkan Al-ghozali adalah maslaha am (Kesejahteraan umum). Terlepas dari beberapa perbedaan tersebut, Keduanya memiliki satu persamaan bahwa setiap manusia hakikatnya memiliki potensi dan nilai yang luhur untuk mengembangkan diri menjadi lebih baik.
