The authors analyze the government’s policies in developing people's economic interests of small and medium enterprises by using the principles of good governance. This study uses descriptive qualitative literature research using primary and secondary data sources. The authors urge that some policies should be taken within the framework of good government management, among others are: conducting program socialization and achieving strategies for the community;  identifying human resources, ownership of sufficient capital; encouraging entrepreneurial spirit in small and medium-sized communities; and facilitating business customers (market segmentation), and the supervision and continuous improvement (quality Improvement). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian penulis dalam langkah-langkah Kebijakan pemerintah dengan menggunakan manajemen good governance yang harus dilakukan adalah : 1). Melakukan sosialisai program dan strategi pencapainya kepada masyarakat, 2). Mengidentifikasi sumber daya manusia, pemilikian modal yang cukup, 3). Munculnya seangat jiwa kewirausahaan pada masyarakat kecil dan menengah4). The purpose of this study is to describe the management of multicultural education in instilling the value of Indonesian culture through learning in educational institutions to cultivate and instill a variety of cultures, religions and Indonesia, this is an engineering or developmental ideas in learning from the age of elementary school to university, so as to be able to provide the basis of national values ​​(nationalism), tolerance and not thinking and acting radically. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach with a tool to collect observation data, interviews from several key informants and analyze them with inductive thinking. The development of multicultural education in fostering a spirit of nationalism, and radicalism in radicalism, is carried out through: 1. Integrating moderate Islam by planting the attitudes of tawassuth, tassamuh, and tawazun, 2. Introducing the environment around as plural learning (contectual learning), 3. Instill the attitude of anti-violence truth rahmatan lil alamin These three things as engineering application of material development, are thoroughly integrated in the learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom. Conclusion, Education is carried out programmatically while: 1). Transformation of knowledge through the understanding of contemporary Islam, 2). Adopt good culture (repertoire), 3). Acting in the educational environment with the attitudes of tawassuth, tassamuh and tawazun, amar ma'ruf nahimunkar anti violence 4) Performed in the form of behavior and developing tepo seliro tolerant concepts on all learning processes and 5) Character of nationalism in life (Khoirunas Anfauhum Linnas) . The impact that arises in a timely manner recognizes moderate Islam, fosters the development of nationalism fostering a sense of love for the land as a manifestation of the preservation of Islam rahmatan lil alamin and strengthening the unity of the Indonesian nation.

The authors found many students with low social interaction at school and lack of methods in anticipating this problem. This article contributes to providing alternative methods for enhancing students' social interaction by using role-playing techniques in group counseling. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the role-playing technique in improving the social interaction of 8th-grade students at Public Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung. The authors use social interaction scales to collect data and quasi-experimental research design methods. The subjects of the study were 16 students of 8th-grade Public Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung which selected by purposive sampling. Data analysed using Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study concluded that z=-2.524 and p<0.05. This means that group counseling services with role-playing techniques are effective to improve social interaction for 8th-grade students at Public Junior High School 7 Bandar Lampung.

<p><em>Contemporary development of the national banking today is being a serious international spotlight. Since national economic crisis, </em><em>the national banking is often unable to compete with foreign banks in </em><em>Indonesia. On its symptoms, a national banking customers are coming </em><em>from an average of lower middle class. This condition was not even able </em><em>to raise the welfare of Indonesian people to be better life to just get out </em><em>of the shackles of ‘poverty’. Especially Islamic banking in Indonesia, </em><em>the beginning of its presence is expected to be the main solution to the </em><em>problem of poverty in this state, but it also can not do much. It refers to </em><em>data from Bank Indonesia, the Islamic banking business unit transactions in Indonesia in 2008 has increased to Rp. 24 trillion that is equivalent to</em><em> 1.8 percent. But in fact, it is just superficial, because it is basically only able to contribute at 2:98, when compared with conventional banking. The large gap that happened is caused by three main issues: the legality aspects, human resources aspects, and aspects of less innovative marketing strategies. To solve the problems needs some strategies namely; improving the quality of service and professionalism, products innovation, qualified human resources, etc.</em></p>

4C skills are one of the abilities in life that can produce knowledge personally and be used in society. This study aimed to develop an instrument for assessing students' 4C skills (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Creativity) on parabolic motion material. The model used in developing this research is the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection methods were interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation with a population of 120 students and a sample of 60 students. The sample selection technique uses cluster random sampling. Based on the study results, the percentage of critical thinking criteria was 21.7 %, low critical thinking was 28.3%, and poor critical thinking was 50%. The percentages with creative thinking criteria are 25%, 40% moderately creative, and 35% less creative. The percentage of collaboration skills that meet excellent criteria is 65%, and high collaboration skills are 35%. While the percentage of people with excellent communication skills was 8.3%, high communication skill was 83.3%, and fairly high communication skill was  8.3%. Based on these data, it concluded that the instruments developed were valid and feasible to use.
