This research is based on the problem is the low involvement of the public in making transaction using Islamic banking service in Indonesia. This study aims to describe and measure the level of Islamic financial inclusion on the Islamic banking sector include Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS), Sharia Business Unit (UUS) and Rural Sharia Bank (BPRS) in Indonesia period 2015-2018 using Index of Financial Inclusion. There are three dimensions measured in this study dimensions of accessibility, availability and usage. This research was conducted in 33 provinces in Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The results showed the level of sharia financial inclusion in 2015-2018 experienced a fluctuating development in which the average Index of shariah financial inclusion in Indonesia is the low category. From 33 provinces in Indonesia, DKI Jakarta included in the high category, Aceh and D.I Yogyakarta are in the medium category, and there are 30 provinces with low category. Nusa Tenggara Timur Province is a province with the lowest category during the study period. Generally, the dimensions index of shariah financial inclusion are the low category.
This research is based on the phenomenon of the problem in which the subsidized Syariah KPR at Bank BTN Syariah is still not on target and has not been utilized by the original debtor or owner. The houses are not occupied or diverted so that the government has not yet become effective in the subsidized Islamic KPR. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of the procedure for disbursement of subsidized Syariah mortgage financing at PT. Bank BTN Syariah Cirebon and to find out the level of effectiveness in disbursing subsidized sharia KPR financing to PT. Bank BTN Syariah Cirebon. The population in this study are customers of subsidized Syariah mortgage financing at PT. Bank BTN Syariah Cirebon. The sampling technique used was non-probability-purpose sampling of 96 respondents who had been determined using the Slovin formula. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is SPSS 22. The results of the effectiveness of subsidized syariah mortgage financing are the effectiveness of the indicators of use variable 85.3%, target accuracy 84.8%, scope 85.0%, cost effectiveness 85.9%, and accuracy time 81.3%. It can be concluded overall that the effectiveness of Subsidized Syariah KPR financing at PT. Bank BTN Syariah Cirebon is very effective with a yield of 84.5%. One of the problem in the development of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil is human capital. It was due to the lack of BMT practitioners who understand the principles of good business management and sariah at once. Therefore, BMT as an Islamic Microfinance Institution is considered to be less competitive compared to other Islamic financial institutions or operating system which is not in line with Sariah compliance. Human capital is defined as the knowledge, skills and experience of workers which can be contributed to the organization of the company / institution. Basic theory used is the General Theory of Human Capital and Human Capital in Islamic Perspectives. In Islamic Human Capital Development Theory, it urgues the improvement of education, skills and human being in Islamic theory which is more comprehensively in this regard, as it covers every aspect of development of a human being. The study was conducted to reveal the profile of human capital owned BMT and some of the factors that are considered to be a challenge in building employee performance of BMT. Empirical study of this research used Analytical Network Process. The amount of respondent consists of three experts (Cooperative ministry and Small and medium enterprises; Puskopsyah; Academician of UPI) and five practitioners (BMT El Dana Manfaat; BMT Itqan; BMT Dana Ukhuwah; BMT Baiturrahim; and BMT Daarut Tauhid). Respondent is expert and practitioners where in Bandung and the data collecting by interview. Based on the results of this research note that the motivation and the Islamic financial literacy BMT employee becomes a major problem. The best solution of this problem selected by the practitioner and the expert is an employee assistance BMT, the implementation of intensive training and selection process that regard between sharia knowledge and managerial skills. Therefore, this research is expected to improve the existence of BMT as Islamic Microfinance Institution for the welfare of the community.
In 2017, there was an increase in Non Performing Financing (NPF) in Islamic Bank until the NPF Ratio reached five point twenty seven percent. It shows that NPF Ratio in that period has exceeded the standard provision of Bank Indonesia of five percent. This phenomenon is one of things that caused by the high channeling of financing to customers without accompanied by an increase in financing quality. This study aims to examine the determinants of non performing financing period 2013-2018. This study uses secondary data from six Indonesia Islamic Bank. This study used descriptive explanatory method with data analysis technique is panel data regression. The dependent variable used in this study is the non performing financing. Furthermore, the independent variables are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS). The results showed that the CAR and FDR have a significant negative effect on NPF. While, the SBIS rate has not effect on NPF. The result of simultaneous regression show that the CAR, FDR and SBIS rate have effect on NPF. Thus it can be concluded that when CAR and FDR increases, it will decrease the NPF and when SBIS increases, it does not affect the NPF.
