Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja di sentra industri mebel kayu desa Sembungan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitaif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhanpengrajin kayu di desa Sembungan dengan menggunakan random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Variabel dependen (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pemasaran. Variabel independen (X) meliputi: inovasi produk (X1) orientasi pasar (X2) dan keunggulan bersaing (X3). Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan untuk program jika data menggunakan IBM SPSS 21.0 statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan variabel inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, keunggulan bersaingterhadap kinerja pemasaran. Variabel inovasi produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Model regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 29,664 + (-0,680) + (-0,225) + 0,506 + e. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, keunggulan bersaing memiliki pengaruh sebesar 61.2% terhadap kinerja pemasaran di sentra industri mebel kayu desa Sembungan. Developments in the digital media era as of today, having an online business is indeed one of the most profitable things. Once the community recognizes the online transaction system, it is also known that the user rates of online buying and selling services are increasing. It's what makes online business segments drastically rising. Especially, nowadays more and more selling sites or online marketplace that special provide online buy and sell transactions such as Shopee. Study reserch uses a descriptive and causal approach with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were used to obtain data from citizens living in all areas of Surakarta. Samples in this study uses of 100 respondents, the research was carried out throughout Surakarta and the time needed in this study was more or less for 3 months. The results of this study indicate that quality of service, online customer review variables and trust have a significant positive effect on online purchasing decision. Semakin banyak pembangunan hotel di kota solo membuat persaingan semakin ketat dalam merebut pangsa pasar, perusahaan harus mampu menciptakan strategi pemasaran yang gencar, baik dalam menciptakan brand image perusahaan, meningkatkan promosi penjualan, menciptakan strategi harga, dan pemilihan lokasi yang strategis untuk menarik daya para konsumen. Keputusan konsumen untuk membeli sebuah produk merupakan keinginan dan harapan sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand image, promosi, harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih menginap dihotel sala view solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 94 responden berdasarkan rumus arikunto (2010). Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil dari variabel brand image, promosi, harga dan lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih menginap di hotel sala view solo. Secara parsial variabel brand image, promosi, harga dan lokasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih menginap di hotel sala view solo.
The study aims to analyze and prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction. Case studies were carried out on Indomobil Nissan-Datsun Solobaru employees. Sampling uses census sampling techniques. All respondent populations were sampled with 55 people. Data analysis technique using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The findings of this study, namely work discipline and work stress have a significant influence on the positive direction of job satisfaction. Job stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the positive direction of employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to be a mediator variable in perfect influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to become a variable mediator partially the influence of work stress on employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, work stress, and work rotation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Panin KCU Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 78 employees was obtained. Data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) shows that the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). Based on partial testing (t test) shows that organizational culture variables, work stress, and job rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained 78.2%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation), while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by variables in outside this research.
