Along with the development of communication technology, and information system, more and more also made the attendance system, and academic information. The development of a more modern absentee system with respect to the honesty side needs to be built as a substitute for manual absence using paper. Attendance system is at once can be a new standard on attendance system in Education environment. The choice of fingerprint attendance system based on communication technology in the form of SMS is because it is more practical, cheap, and efficient to convey information. Parents do not have to bother anymore come to school just to know the presence or absence of his son / daughter. In the implementation of this application, in the early stages of the user must register their identity by using the application program absenteeism built with PHP programming language, to further stored the absence data into the database My SQL which has integrated SMS Gateway through the SMS sending software that is Gammu. In addition with SMS Gateway technology, parents will be easier to obtain information on the presence of his son / daughter. From the student side, it is hoped that it will foster discipline attitude in time because indirectly this application will grow the mental attitude on time to the students, and it is expected that this application can fix any deficiencies in attendance application that has been implemented earlier.
Purpose: This study aimed to determine what percentage of the influence, academic supervision, and discipline of educators on teacher performance. Research methodology: This research used quantitative methods and uses a questionnaire. Results: The results show that (1) there is an effect of X1 against Y (tcount 7,381 > ttable 1,664) and the magnitude of the influence is 41,4%, (2) There is an effect of X2 on Y (tcount 6,441 > ttable 1,664), the effect is 36,4%, (3) multiple regression test, fcount 39,781 > ftable 3,12, which means that there is an effect of academic supervision and teacher discipline together on the performance of SDN teachers in Batanghari sub-district, East Lampung district, amounting to 51.1%. Limitations: The research instrument does not yet have a balanced capacity between the factors that are used as instrument items and the seriousness of filling in the instrument, maybe the answer is not in accordance with the actual conditions. Contribution: The benefits of this research are expected, (1) as a consideration in fostering and developing teacher careers, (2) it can be used as a literature review on improving teacher discipline, (3) for the author, as a condition for completing studies at the Muhammadiyah Metro University Postgraduate Program.
Purpose: (1) The Impact of Work Inspiration on the Exhibition of Secondary Teachers in Purbolinggo Subdistrict, East Lampung Regime; (2) The Impact of School Culture on the Presentation of Secondary Teachers in Purbolinggo Subdistrict, East Lampung Rule; (3) The impact of Work Inspiration and School Culture together on the Presentation of Secondary Teachers in Purbolinggo Subdistrict, East Lampung Rule. Research methodology: Data analysis techniques used are (1) descriptive analysis; (2) prerequisite test of analysis includes normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Results: The result (1) there is a significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance; (2) school culture affects teacher performance based; and (3) there is an influence of Work Motivation and School Culture on teacher performance. Limitations: Data collection techniques on research background only with interviews. Contribution: The outcome can be use to assess the adequacy of the execution of schooling programs on working on the presentation.
Library application is a computer program designed specifically to manage the data of borrowing and returning books in order to be presented more quickly. In addition, for the achievement of the purpose of the operation itself is to facilitate students by providing facilities. In making this application there were some important data such as Member data, Books, Transactions, and Admin. From the data were expected to be the basis made for this application in order to present the information needed quickly and precisely, and to improve the performance of librarians. Requirements as a member of the library is a Student of SMP Negeri 1 Talangpadang, then create a regis tration form to become a member of SMP Negeri 1 Talangpadang Students. The expected result of making this system was that the data that had been stored and managed manually can begin to be computerized so as to further advance the performance and facilitate librari-ans in carrying out activities related to the library itself.

The research was conducted in SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli Subdistrict, Lampung which aims to describe the Principal's knowledge regarding the role of supervisor and to know the Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning. Research using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological theory. Conclusions: Principals of SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli District, Lampung have good knowledge of academic supervision as evidenced by the supervision of these schools. Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Indonesian language teachers using individual techniques in the form of class visits begins with making a supervision program containing planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation.
