Background: Phytochemicals are a significant piece of conventional prescription and have been researched in detail for conceivable consideration in current drug discovery. Medications and plants are firmly identified for traditional prescriptions and ethnomedicines that are basically arranged from plants. Recognizing the medical advantages of phytochemicals is of fundamental advancement in medication and useful sustenance improvement. Secondary metabolites of different plants have been customarily used for the improvement of human wellbeing. The phytochemicals are diets rich, which can upgrade neuroplasticity and protection from neurodegeneration. Results: Phytochemicals keep on entering clinical preliminaries or provide leads for the synthesis of medicinal agents. Phytochemicals are a great extent cancer prevention agents in nature at lower concentrations and under favorable cell conditions that adequately avoid the oxidation of different molecules that have an ability to produce free radicals and thus protect the body. Conclusion: The purpose of this review is to describe the use of phytochemicals against cancer and Alzheimer’s disease treatment.
Ankylosing spondylitis is a most troublesome health hazards all over globe the patient of this gradually become physically challenged and mentally depressed. There are no such safe and effective remedy in modern medicine whereas Ayurvedic treatment has showed an excellent curative effect in a case of Ankylosing spondylitis with HLA-B27 positive. As Ayurveda usually delt with most of the neuro-musculo-skeletal disorder in a significant success manner through the conceptual remedies of Vata Vyadhi. In present study a 28-year-old young boy become bedridden by the ailment Ankylosing spondylitis with the evidence of HLA-B27 positive, some Panchakarma therapy along with Snehana and Swedana and internal Ayurvedic medicine have been implied to the patient that showed new ray of life to the patient by relieving the complaints and presenting the negative report of HLA-B27.
Shweta Pradari.e. Leucorrhoea, commonly known as vaginal discharge is one of the important major issues experienced in gynecological practice. It is usual to experience some white discharge. Leucorrhoea is a condition in which there is an excessive amount of white discharge from the vaginal area as a result of inflammation or infection of the lower genital tract, which causes discomfort. Physiologically or pathologically, the symptom can affect people of any age. The vulnerable are those with a low socioeconomic status. Most women of all ages have dealt with it, especially when they are of child bearing or reproductive age. As in our country due to poor nutrition, multiple childbirth, low socioeconomic status, poverty, population growth, negligence of proper hygiene, many women are anaemic, malnourished, ill-health may suffer from such infection. It is important to treat Shweta Pradar(leucorrhoea) as soon as possible because it might lead to major complications if not treated. For abnormal white vaginal discharges, theword "Shweta Pradar" has been described in Ayurvedaandit is extensively discussed in Ayurvedictexts. Due to kaphaand Vata Doshadhikya, this symptom appears. However, according to Charak Samhita, Kaphais the primary Doshathat causes leucorrhoea. In this case report, a 24-year-old female patient with Shweta Pradar has complained of white discharge for the past nine months, along with katisula(low back ache), Daurbalya (weakness), Kandu (itching), Durgandha (odour), and occasionally Daha (burning sensation). She was treated by Shamana Chikitsa(palliative treatment) and Yoni Prakshalanafor one month. She got excellent relief in symptoms by above treatment

Pratishyaya may be correlated with Rhinitis in modern medicine where nasal mucous membrane inflamed due to different infection of allergens. In present era, the era of industrialisation and modernization there are some disease which need to be given attention, Pratishyaya is one of them. As respiratory system is continuous contact with the external environment since birth considered as prime site of hypersensitization. Improper management or negligence can lead to lots of complications like Badhirya (deafness), Andhatva (blindness), Gandhanasa (anosmia) etc. In this case patient of acute rhinitis has been treated with Ayurvedic classical drugs Triphala guggula and Laxmivilas rasa. After two weeks the features of pratisyaya ( acute rhinitis) has been reduced markly and patient relieved significantly.
