The purpose of the present study was to investigate the potential risk of herbicide contamination (2,4-dichlorophenoxy (2,4-D), 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (MCPA), metsulfuron, bensulfuron, and pyrazosulfuron) in the rice fields of the Muda Irrigation Scheme, Kedah, Malaysia. The study included two areas with different irrigation water sources namely non-recycled (N-RCL) and recycled (RCL) water. Periodic water sampling was carried out from the drainage canals during the planting period of the wet season 2006/2007 and dry season 2007. The HPLC-UV was used to detect herbicide residues in the water samples collected from the rice fields. The results showed that the concentration of sulfonylurea herbicides such as bensulfuron and metsulfuron in the rice field was 0.55 and 0.51 μg/L, respectively. The potential risk of contamination depended on the actual dosage of each herbicide applied by farmers to their rice fields. The potential risk of water pollution by the five herbicides studied in the area with RCL water tended to be more widespread compared to the area with N-RCL water due to surface water runoff with higher levels of weedicides to the surrounding areas. During the two seasons, 50-73% of the water samples collected from the area receiving RCL water contained the five herbicides studied at concentrations of more than 0.05 μg/L, and this percentage was higher than that from the areas receiving N-RCL water (45-69%). During the wet season, the overall total mean concentration of the eight herbicides found in the samples collected from the area with RCL water (6.27 μg/L) was significantly higher (P < 0.01) than that from the area receiving N-RCL water (2.39 μg/L). Meanwhile, during the dry season, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in the herbicide concentrations between the areas receiving RCL (6.16 μg/L) and N-RCL water (7.43 μg/L) water.
In Industrial Era 4.0, one of the solutions to secure a house from potential fires is to design a smart home. The smart home design described in this paper is the design of a home monitoring system for potential fires. Home fire early detection monitoring system is designed based on the IoT concept and is equipped with a data logger. Data loggers function as data logging and data recorders from time to time. The hardware system design consists of Arduino Mega2560, ESP8266, fire sensor, gas sensor and datalogger module as data storage. The software design that also functions as a system monitoring display is the Blynk application on Android smartphones. Fire sensor and gas sensor activities were recorded on the data logger module. The system test was carried out around the gas stove in the kitchen room. The system design results were displayed via the Blynk application on a smartphone. Fire detection system is a change in the Virtual Button from the initial color to red. While the monitoring display of the gas detection system is in the form of moving the Virtual Level when a gas leak is detected. Fire sensor activity recording data from the datalogger is displayed in the form of a graph of the relationship of the working voltage of the fire sensor versus time. While the data recording of gas sensor activity from the datalogger is displayed in the form of a graph of the relationship of gas concentration versus time. All system response results and graphic data are displayed in realtime through the Blynk application on a smartphone. In addition, system performance data records are stored on a micro SD card for further analysis. From the results of the design of this system is expected to be a reference of home monitoring technology from potential fire equipped with a data storage system.
The regional development bank is part of the financial services industry in Indonesia. Regional development banks in addition to intermediation in the financial system also have an important role for the region, namely as a source of income for the region. That is why a good asset quality assessment is required in order for the regional development bank to provide dividends and survive in the financial services industry. This research aims to find out and analyze the asset quality of regional development banks in Indonesia with case studies on jambi regional development bank or commonly abbreviated jambi bank. The research method used is quantitative analysis with sourced in secondary data taken from the annual report of Jambi bank for the period 2017 to 2019 with an assessment of the assessment of bank Indonesia regulation number 14/15/PBI/2012. The results of the study are capital ratio, asset quality, rentability and liquidity of jambi banks as a whole to achieve a good ratio in the period 2017 to 2019.
Well M is a vertical shale gas exploration well in Indonesia. The presence of overpressured shale formation dictated the requirement to have a 16-in. intermediate casing string between the 20-in. and 13.375-in. casing to cover an approximately 350- to 1000-m measured depth (MD) interval. The mandatory logging operation in all hole sections required a 12.25-in. pilot hole to be predrilled, to enable the logging tool to get a good measurement quality, before it was enlarged to 17.5 in. for setting the 13.375-in. casing. Several hole opening challenges needed to be considered in this operation: 1) The hole opening tool should pass the 16-in. casing inside diameter (ID) restriction (14.936 in.); 2) the tool needed to be applicable for hole opening with an existing pilot hole (bi-center is not a feasible option); 3) the tool should be able to open the shoe track from 12.25 in. to 17.5 in. for 13.375-in. casing run assurance; and 4) the hole opening needs to be as efficient as possible to eliminate multiple runs. A dual hydraulically expandable underreamer was proposed to answer all those challenges. The configuration consists of two underreamers with different opening capability, which satisfies the high-ratio opening requirement. The lower reamer opened the hole from 12.25 in. to 14.75 in., and the upper reamer further opened the hole from 14.75 in. to 17.5 in. Because running a tandem underreamer is not a common operation, a thorough vibration analysis must be performed to ensure the tool reams in a stable condition, not only to avoid downhole tool failure but also to produce a smooth borehole. Hydraulics optimization is also critical to ensure both underreamer cutter blocks are fully opened during the run. The tandem underreamer successfully opened the hole from 12.25 in. to 17.5 in. in one run to the section TD from 980 to 1623 m MD (a 643-m interval). At the surface, both underreamer cutter blocks were still in a good condition with 0-0-NO cutter dull and in gauge condition, which showed a good stability. This is also supported by the success of the 13.375-in. casing run to bottom without any issue, indicating a good and smooth borehole. The tandem underreamer method successfully achieved the high-ratio hole opening objective and saved drilling time by eliminating the unnecessary trip for having two separate underreaming runs. The underreamer tool mechanism and the criteria by which the dual underreamer configuration became the solution to the main challenges in this case study were documented. The study showed that the prejob engineering work (vibration modeling using dynamic finite element analysis and hydraulics modeling) was a critical part in the success of the operation.

Namun setelah adanya uji materi pada putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 27/PUU-IX/2011 menganulir ketentuan dalam Pasal 65 ayat (7) dan Pasal 66 ayat (2) huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, sepanjang dalam perjanjian kerja tersebut tidak disyaratkan adanya pengalihan perlindungan hak-hak bagi pekerja/buruh yang objek kerjanya tetap ada, walaupun terjadi pergantian perusahaan yang melaksanakan sebagian pekerjaan borongan dari perusahaan lain atau perusahaan penyedia jasa pekerja/buruh.
