Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter untuk mewujudkan Pelajar Pancasila. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kepustakaan, metode pengumpulan datanya berupa dokumen-dokumen dalam bentuk buku, literatur maupun jurnal-jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam mewujudkan Pelajar Pancasila pada dasarnya adalah mendorong lahirnya manusia yang baik, yang memiliki enam ciri utama, yaitu bernalar kritis, kreatif, mandiri, beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, bergotong royong, dan berkebinekaan global dengan harapan agar peserta didik memiliki kemampuan secara mandiri dalam meningkatkan, menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji, dan meninternalisasi serta memersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia yang dapat diwujudkan dalam perilaku sehari-hari.
Scholars have focused on exploration concerning issues affecting innovative behavior (IB). Of previous research finding reviews, transformational leadership (TL) is seen as the most influential factor to promote IB in the organization. TL helps followers to have a unique opportunity to develop learning competence and cooperation in improving IB. Besides, knowledge sharing (KS) is also supposed as the main trigger to build IB. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the mediating role of KS in the relationship between TL and IB. 210 postgraduate students in Indonesian private university are determined as samples. Multiple regression analysis by using SPSS software is applied to analyze the data. The results show that TL significantly affects KS and IB. KS further mediates the relationship between TL and IB.
This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, organizational commitment on job satisfaction in improving nursing performance. The research respondents were nurses in the city of Semarang. The sample used in this study was determined by a non-probability sampling method, which obtained a sample of 190 respondents. The data in this study were obtained using a questionnaire method, which was filled independently. The analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression. This study proves and concludes that work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment positively affect job satisfaction. work discipline and organizational commitment positively affect nursing performance. However, work motivation and job satisfaction do not affect nursing performance. The research findings can be used as management consideration to improve the nursing performance in Semarang Indonesia and other countries with similar characteristics by applying the model to increase performance. The research is an original one. The findings add a discourse concerning the effect of work discipline, work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on performance in nursing institutions in a developing country, Indonesia. Nursing institutions can consider the model to enhance nursing performance. Researchers can widen the scope of research for future research to overcome the problem of the generalization of research findings.
The aim of this research paper is to depict the level of satisfaction and importance of Full expressions Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises’ (MSMEs)’ human resources (HR) and the tourism sector community in East Java. The research was conducted on all aspects of HR in tourism sector MSMEs, among foreign and domestic tourists in East Java. The research is a quantitative and descriptive one. Primary data are used. The population of the research is HR in tourism sector MSMEs as well as domestic and foreign tourists. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Ten cities of high tourism potential were chosen. Determination of the sample size used the minimum criteria of a structural model that is between 100 and 200 units. In total, 200 tourism sector MSMEs were determined from ten tourism cities in East Java. From every tourism sector MSMEs, four employees and three tourists were taken. As a result, the entire research consisted of 800 employees and 600 foreign and domestic tourists. Importance performance analysis (IPA) was utilized as an analysis tool in this paper. The result indicated that each tourism resort, being a sample, has different findings. Batu City demonstrates a lack of transglobal leadership (TL). Malang, Kediri, and Blitar City demonstrate organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Malang City lacks employment engagement (EE). Meanwhile, Pasuruan City and Blitar Regency are about human resources performance (HRP). For Pasuruan Regency, the variable of quality of work life (QWL) should be improved. For Sidoarjo Regency, sustainable tourism competitiveness (STC) should be paid attention. For Kediri City, the main variable that needs to be enriched is responsible marketing (RM). Overall, for the East Java region, the main variable that needs to be improved is RM. The findings obtained constitute a practical contribution for main tourism stakeholders to formulate relevant policies to cope with problems.
