Learning based on local wisdom is a breakthrough in the world of education in realizing the profile of Pancasila students. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of local wisdom-based learning in elementary schools to recognize the shape of Pancasila students. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory, descriptive design. The subjects in this study included students and teachers at an elementary school. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include reduction, data display, and data verification. Test the validity of the data using technical triangulation. The results showed that the achievement of implementing local wisdom-based learning in one of the elementary schools was the achievement of competency selection of more than 90%. Choice in the formulation of indicators of less than 75%. Selection of learning materials above 90%. The formulation of learning objectives is less than 75%. Use of learning resources above 90%. Use of learning media above 90%. The use of learning activities is above 85%. Use of ratings above 85%. It is hoped that the teacher will pay more attention to selecting the formulation of learning objectives and the formulation of indicators so that the embodiment of the Pancasila student profile can be carried out more proportionally and comprehensively.

Pancasila adalah pedoman dalam kehidupan bernegara yakni sebagai dasar, ideologi, pandangan hidup, jiwa bangsa, kepribadian bangsa, cita-cita dan tujuan bangsa, serta falsafah hidup bangsa Indonesia. Profil Pelajar Pancasila memiliki enam dimensi, yaitu Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia; Berkebinekaan global; Bergotong Royong; Mandiri; Bernalar Kritis; dan Kreatif. Keberagaman memberikan penguatan dalam mencapai cita-cita bangsa, dan mendukung implementasi kurikulum merdeka untuk mewujudkan peserta didik yang menerapkan nilai-nilai pancasila. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi kebhinekatunggalikaan terkait sila-sila pancasila sebagai penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di lingkungan SMA Negeri 2 Palembang dan identitas manusia Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang detail tentang penghayatan dan pengimplementasian nilai-nilai pancasila. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dilakukannya penerapan nilai dari sila-sila Pancasila di ekosistem SMAN 2 Palembang dalam mewujudkan pelajar dengan karakter Pancasila.

Education in this era of globalization has had a major impact on Indonesian society in terms of culture and religion. Education in Indonesia has many problems related to the character and personality of students which are very critical and cannot even be controlled by the students themselves. The research method used in this paper is the literary method, by making various literature studies and pieces of literature from experts on the influence of the environment in developing students' Islamic education perspectives. Besides that, this research uses the researcher's self-analysis method, so that insight, knowledge, and the experience of researchers. The results of the study state that the development of education is necessary for the formation of character or morals in the individual personalities of students and educators. Through management is the process of coordinating all resources through the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling to achieve the goals set.
