This study explores some of causality between variables include; the influence of organizational commitment and competence to job satisfaction as the first causality then the influence of organizational commitment, competence to employee performance as the second and final causality influence job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction andcompetence on employee's performance. The research was conducted at the Maluku Governor's Office,involving 632 employees as a population then set at 244 as respondents. The WarpPLS results found thatorganizational commitment positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, on the other part, organizational commitment has a positive effect and insignificant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment directly positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction is a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the organizational commitment as indirect effect is positive not significant on employee performance as a mediated job satisfaction and employee competence indirectly is a positive and significant effect on employee performance as a mediated job satisfaction
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of intelligence, local wisdom, and organizational, culture on organizational commitment, to analyze the influence of potential intelligence, local wisdom and organizational culture on performance, to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on performance, and to analyze the influence of potential intelligence, local wisdom, and culture. The organization through an organizational commitment to performance. The research was carried out at the Wajo District Government with a population of 5,991 employees from 11 SKPD and set a sample of 375 people as respondents based on the Slovin formula. The questionnaire results were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18 assistance. The results found that organizational culture had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the indicators of organizational culture in the form of integrity, identity, responsibility, discipline, and results in orientation are considered to be improved and enhanced in obtaining the realization of work results by employee performance achievements. The organizational culture that has a negative and insignificant effect does not mean that organizational culture is not implemented, but the meaning of the values, rules, and principles of the founders of the organization has undergone a shift to make changes towards achieving work results orientation in supporting employee performance improvement. Without ignoring other variables, namely intelligence, local wisdom, and commitment to performance.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. (3) Untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 205 responden dengan populasi 719. Penelitian dilakukan dari April sampai dengan Juni 2020. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.(3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. (4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen.(6) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. (7) Komitmen oraganisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen.
Bleeding is the main cause of maternal mortality in the world, the mortality rate due to bleeding about 30.3% in Indonesia in 2013. Dealing bleeding during and after labor is very important for health professionals including nurses. Research on the management of postpartum hemorrhage is still limited. The purpose of this literature review was to determine the management of postpartum hemorrhage from various countries. The method, this literature review involved articles that published in 2008-2018. The articles searched from several databases, including ProQuest, 32 articles, PubMed 22 articles, and Google 21 scholar articles. Keywords for article search included postpartum hemorrhage, nurse, prevention, treatment, management, and intervention. 75 articles were assessed for the quality using the JBI instrument (Joanna Briggs Institute), and finally, 10 articles were found and met the inclusion criteria. The results show that there are two types of actions to deal with postpartum hemorrhage including direct treatment and indirect treatment. The direct treatment includes bimanual compression, maneuvering techniques, balloon tampons, and tools resembling a butterfly shape for bimanual compression. Indirect actions include training of health workers, initiation of early breastfeeding and ice packs. Conclusion, effective management both directly and indirectly is able to overcome postpartum hemorrhage. Health workers are expected to master effective ways to deal with postpartum hemorrhage.
Breastfeeding is a natural process as a mother’s responsibility to take care of her baby. The natural process of lactation started during pregnancy. During pregnancy, breast is prepared therefore when the baby is born, the mother can breastfeed her newborn soon. The purpose of this research is to discover the relationship between breast care, lactation, breastfeeding techniques that related to lactation, and calories and protein consumption that related to lactation. Research method used in this study is description. Population for this research is hospitalized postpartum mothers in Kalimaya Room dr Slamet Regional Public Hospital Garut which amounts to 96 people and the sample mehod used is total sampling. Based on the research’s result from 96 people showed that did poor breast care treatment was 27.08%, good treatment was 50.00% and did a very good breast care treatment was 22.9%. Of the 96 people that performed improper breastfeeding techniques was 32.29%, performed proper breastfeeding technique was 54.17%, performed a very appropriate breastfeeding technique was 13.54%. Based on the results of the study, out of 96 people, who got less calorie intake from the needs was 8.33% and who got calorie intake from the needs was 91.67%. Of 96 people showed that who got protein intake from the needs was 100% which means they got the necessary nutritional intake. There are still plenty of postpartum mother in Kalimaya Room dr Slamet Garut Regional Public Hospital that has problem with lactation.Keywords: Breastfeeding, Lactation, Postpartum Period
