This study aims to determine the implications of the Work From Home (WFH) policy on work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance with work stress intervention. While the approach that is used in this study, it is a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 63 respondents is used as data in this study, they are employees of SMKN 9 Bekasi. The alternative method of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to analyze this research, it is Partial Least Square (PLS). Testing the validity of each variable with its reliability is what is done in the first stage. Furthermore, testing the Implications of WFH policy on work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance with work stress Intervention is something that is done in the second stage. The positive and significant effect is shown by the work motivation variable from the results of this study on performance, as well as work discipline, it also shows a positive and significant effect on performance. Then, the negative effect is shown by the motivation to work stress and also work discipline to work stress, this also shows a negative and significant effect. And the last is the relationship between job stress and performance. This shows a positive and significant effect on performance. Tidak sedikit peserta didik yang menganggap bahwa matematika adalah pelajaran yang sulit. Bahkan, pelajaran yang menakutkan bagi peserta didik sehingga seringkali mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil belajar matematika.Rendahnya hasil belajar tersebut merupakan salah satu indikator bahwa, siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar. Kesulitan belajar tidak hanya dimiliki oleh siswa yang bersekolah di pedesaan namun juga dimiliki oleh siswa yang bersekolah di perkotaan. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pendapat Djamarah (2011) yang menyatakan secara ringkas bahwa, kesulitan belajar tidak hanya dirasakan oleh sekolah modern di perkotaan, tapi juga dimiliki oleh sekolah tradisional di pedesaan dengan segala keminiman dan kesederhanaannya.Kesulitan belajar terjadi karena ketelitian, keterampilan, dan kecepatan dalam berpikir sangat diperlukan saat mempelajari matematika, tidak terkecuali pada materi garis dan sudut.Pada materi garis dan sudut siswa dituntut untuk bisa menghubungkan antar konsep, mengaplikasikan konsep, serta prinsip garis dan sudut. Sehingga, tidak aneh jika materi trigonometri merupakan materi yang sebagian besar dirasa sulit oleh siswa.Berdasarkan uraian di atas, Penelititertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul "Kesulitan-Kesulitan Siswa dalam Mempelajari Materi Garis dan Sudut di SMP Negeri 4 Sindang".Denganpenelitian ini diharapkan guru dapatmengetahui letak kesulitan serta faktor-faktor yangmenyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan saat mengerjakansoal garis dan sudut. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Kesulitan-kesulitan apa saja yang dialami siswa dalam mempelajari materi Garis dan Sudut?;(2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa dalam mempelajari materi Garis dan Sudut di rumah dan di sekolah?.Oleh karena itu tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui kesulitan-kesulitan apa saja yang dialami siswa dalam mempelajari materi Garis dan Sudut?;(2) Untuk faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa dalam mempelajari materi Garis dan Sudut di rumah dan di sekolah.
This study aims to describe and analyze the management strategies implemented by Public High School 1 Ciamis in realizing the efforts of excellent schools based on David Hunger's theory. By applying this theory, researcher emphasizes the importance of environmental analysis based on science and technology as the basis for the strategic formulation or planning of educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The results of the study are: 1) Public High School 1 Ciamis has carried out environmental analysis activities using a SWOT analysis. 2) Judging from the vision, mission, strategy and policy, strategy formulation has not focused on objectives. 3) Implementing the strategy in an effective manner, which is meant to be based on the implementation form program and the budget has been implemented in accordance with the procedure. 4) Evaluation and control of strategies has been implemented and carried out consistently, so that the results can show weaknesses in implementing the right strategy. The conclusion of this study is that schools implement four aspects of strategic management but are not yet optimal.
This research aims to figure out the effect of Product Quality, Price and Stock Availability upon the Decision to Purchase Cable of Kabelmetal brand in DKI Jakarta. (Case Study at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk). Sampling technique of this research is sampling probability using Simple Random Sampling. This research has applied 100 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach and is located in DKI Jakarta. Therefore, data analysis has applied statistical analysis of multiple linear regression test. Data is processed by using SPSS Version 21. Result of analysis using SPSS version 21 indicates that only two of the three hypotheses have affected significantly. Result of the research has identified that Product Quality has affected significantly the Purchasing Decision which is 0.005 < 0.05 and Price has affected the Purchasing Decision which is 0.000 < 0.05. However, the hypothesis that has not affected the Purchasing decision is Product availability which value is 0.529 > 0.05. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Product Availability, Purchasing Decision.
