Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan argumentasi siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen dengan melakukan pretes dan postes dua kelompok. Jenis metode penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design, dimana kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan dan kelas kontrol tidak diberi perlakuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dalam bentuk tes essay berupa unjuk kerja menulis karangan argumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan dilanjutkan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh data post test atau tes akhir yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t dua pihak, memberikan hasil bahwa siswa yang diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak diberikan strategi pembelajaran PBM. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan, bahwa nilai thitung > nilai ttabel dengan perolehan thitung sebesar 0,94 sedangkan untuk ttabel sebesar 2,0084. Hal ini membuktikan hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menulis karangan argumentasi siswa antara siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan siswa yang tidak diberikan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah.
This study aims to determine the use of reading techniques that are effective and efficient, and to determine whether there is an effect of skimming reading techniques on students' reading comprehension skills to identify the intrinsic elements present in drama texts read by grade VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Tangerang City. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques using tests, namely pretest and posttest. The results of this study indicate the influence of the ability to identify the intrinsic elements of drama text on students who use skimming reading techniques. This effect has been carried out with the results of the t-test. Then it shows the results of t count 0.233 <t table 1.977, t count is smaller than t table, this shows that there is no significant difference between the experiment class students and the control class students on the ability to identify the intrinsic elements of drama text. After the pretest is done posttest to find out, it shows the results of t count 1.982> t table 1,800, t count is greater than t table shows that there is a difference in the ability to identify the intrinsic elements of drama text between students who receive learning about the use of skimming reading techniques and students who get conventional learning. From the data obtained like what is listed above, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using skimming reading techniques on the ability to identify the intrinsic elements of drama text in class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Tangerang City

The quote is translated into Indonesian as "Well, it's your turn to lose playing PES, just run away. Geek!” In literary works there are those who use slang as their writing, such as in youth novels, the language is more popular with readers because the language is easy to understand and use in everyday life.
