This paper gives insight about the association between market orientation, entrepreneur orientation, learning orientation, technological orientation and access to finance, and SME's performance in Indonesia. The study provides a clear understanding about the relationships among SME's performance in Indonesia and market orientation, entrepreneur orientation, learning orientation, technological orientation, and what mediating role financial access plays in this relationship. The study broached that it is apparently essential to identify the strategic variables which may reflect the aforementioned management activities or processes, such as marketing, innovativeness, risk taking, technology and learning culture, which SMEs use and that probably influence their performance. The study is among the pioneering studies on the issues related to the market orientation, entrepreneur orientation, learning orientation, technological orientation, and access to finance in Indonesia. The study uses SEM-PLS as statistical tool to answer the research questions raised in this study and research objectives envisaged in the current study. The findings of the current study have provided support to with the hypothesized results. The study has argued that to deal with the current external opportunities and menaces, new knowledge and skills for improving their existing and future performances must be provided for the organizations. The study will be helpful for policymakers and researchers in examining the link between market orientation, entrepreneur orientation, learning orientation, technological orientation, and access to finance in Indonesia performance of SMEs in Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah pengetahuan, modal minimal dan motivasi investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (GI-BEI) di tiga perguruan tinggi di Kota Ternate yakni Universitas khairun Ternate, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Ternate, Universitas Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 101 mahasiswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan dan motivasi investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal sedangkan modal minimal tidak berpengaruh tehadap minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal.Kata Kunci: Modal Minimal, Motivasi Investasi, Minat BerinvestasiThis research study aim to determine influence of knowledge, capital Minimal and investment motivation influence investment interest. The purpose of this study is to test the relationship between competency, organizational culture, love of money, and whistleblowing against prevention fraud with spiritual intelligence as moderation. The samples in this study were the village staff of West Halmahera Regency, namely the village head, village secretary, treasurer, head of the village administration section, head of the village development and empowerment section, and the section of village head community development of 213 people. The data in this study were taken using surveys with questionnaires and conducted validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this study using simple regression analysis and hierarchy. The results showed that out of the eight hypotheses submitted, only five hypotheses were supported and the rest are not supported.
This study aims to find out the influence of money ethics on tax evasion with intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity, and materialism as moderating variables. The sample is selected by using convinience sampling method with sample size of a 100 respondents as primary data. This study uses simple regression and moderated regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that money ethics has an effect on tax evasion, intrinsic religiosity moderarates the relationship between money ethics and tax evasion. Extrinsic religiosity does not moderate the relationship bertween money ethics and tax evasion. Materialism moderates the relationship between money ethics and tax evasion.
<p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of machiavellian, love of money, tax systems, tax rates, tax audits, tax discrimination, technology and tax information on ethical perceptions of tax evasion. The population in this study were all corporate taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ternate. The research sample was randomly selected using random sampling method. The number of samples is 347 corporate taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Ternate. This survey research instrument using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Smart-PLS. The results of hypothesis testing concluded that: love of money and tax discrimination have a positive effect on tax evasion ethics, while machiavellian, tax systems, tax rates, tax audits, and taxation technology and information have no effect on tax evasion ethics.</em></p>
