This pandemic has impacted various social, tourism, and education sectors. It is necessary to intervene not only in terms of health protocols but also other effective interventions are needed through efforts to provide vaccinations; institutions feel the need to carry out community service activities in the form of vaccinations. The purpose of this service is to provide vaccinations to the community. The method used in this activity is counseling about side effects after administering the Covid-19 vaccine and filling out a questionnaire. The pretest results found that some experienced side effects in the form of drowsiness, fever, chills, and shortness of breath, and some did not feel the side effects of administering the vaccine at all.
Pendahuluan: Genetik atau riwayat keluarga dan status gizi yang dapat dinilai dengan pengukuran lingkar lengan atas (LLA) dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya dismenore. Tujuan: diketahui hubungan genetik dan LLA dengan derajat dismenore pada remaja putri di STIKES GIA MAKASSAR. Bahan dan Metode: Bahan yang digunakan yaitu meteran pitan untuk mengukur LLA dan kuisioner genetik (riwayat keluarga) dan dismenore. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional. Hasil Penelitian: Untuk variabel genetik dengan derajat dismenore berdasarkan hasil uji Lambda di dapatkan nilai p=0,637 > α=0.05, hal ini berarti bahwa Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Variabel lingkar lengan atas dengan derajat dismenore, berdasarkan hasil uji Lambda didapatkan nilai p=0,013 > α=0,05, hal ini berarti bahwa Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara genetik dengan derajat dismenore dan tidak terdapat hubungan lingkar lengan atas dengan derajat dismenore.
