Children's Clothing courses encountered several obstacles in the learning process, among others namely, the material of children's clothing is an important part to understand. Learning with the use of media including the use of job sheets will make it easier in the learning process to be more effective. The results of the development of a jobsheet-assisted module both state the module and the job sheet are suitable for learning, but with some improvements. Student's limited test results state that modules and job sheets are acceptable for learning. Job sheet-assisted module field test results are also feasible to use, then the hypothesis shows that there is a difference in learning from applying a job sheetassisted module as a learning medium having a better success rate than those not using
This research development is motivated by low learning outcomes Art Culture students of class XI software engineering 1 SMK Negeri 14 Medan. This study aims to (1) describe the design of blended learning development, (2) to describe the validity of the blended learning development result, and (3) to know the effectiveness of the use of blended learning on the subjects of Art Culture. The type of this research is development research using ADDIE model. Data in the study was collected using document recording method, questionnaire, and test. Instruments used in data collection are document recording reports, questionnaire sheets, and multiple-choice objectives. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis technique, quantitative descriptive analysis technique, and inferential statistical analysis technique/inductive t-test. The results of the research show that (1) the design of blended learning development through ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, (2) validation product validated from expert and user review with (a) subjects showed excellent predicated blended learning (90.53%); (b) the results of the design review indicated that blended learning was very good (93%); (c) the results of the media review indicated that blended learning was very good (95%); (d) individual trial results, small group trials, and field trials showed that blended learning predicate very good (98.82%), good (87.84%), and very good (92.55%), (3) on the efficacy test of blended learning shows that the result of t-count (22.07) t-table (2.007). This means, there are significant differences in student learning outcomes between before and after using blended. Thus blended learning is developed effectively to improve Art Culture learning outcomes.
This study aims to: (1) produce videos that are suitable for use, easy to learn and can be used for individual learning, (2) to determine the effectiveness of the developed videos on the competence of sewing men's socks. This type of research is step development research, namely: (1) analysis stage; (2) data collection stage; (3) development stage; (4) validation and testing stage; (5) the final stage of product media. The final product of the development of this video is continued with product effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing prove that there is a significant difference between the results of the research before and after using the product. This is indicated by the results of data processing. It was concluded that learning outcomes after being taught using video were higher than those who did not get learning using video.
Vocational schools (SMK) is a secondary education that preparesstudents primarily for working on a particular field. Diverse efforts made by SMKgraduates increased 8 Medan include improving the quality of education byreforming both the substance of the material and the provision of facilities andinfrastructure. However, the results have not been up, cermatan can be seen fromthe low competence of graduates, making it less able to play a role in meeting thedemands of the workplace. Assumed to be an indication of the quality of learning isstill performed during less effective, less efficient and unable to increase studentinterest. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes is through theimprovement of learning strategies to utilize the educational facilities in accordancewith existing conditions, ie, by examining one of the subjects namely Constructiondressmaking pattern. Construction material pattern done with learning strategyapproach manipulated into two comparing results STAD cooperative learningstrategies and learning strategies expository and compare the results with thelearning characteristics of students with high and low interest in learning onlearning outcomes Pattern Construction.
