The paid plastic bag policy is an effort to train the community to help lessen the use of plastic and switch to different products such as cardboard or recycled packaging bags as some mini markets do. Those who do not consider environmentally friendly products describe that they are people who do not understand the environment. The purpose of this research is wanting obtain information on the knowledge of products environmentally friendly on gender (male / female) of the decision the purchase. The study is done in jakarta and its surroundings.In this study, sample divided into categories consumers consumers men and women, employees and manager location, the number of members sample each category at least 30. The research method used in this study is mixed methods. The target population in this study is a minimarket that has run a paid plastic program in Jakarta. Analysis of the data used in this study uses two approaches, namely, a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference between understanding and purchasing decisions that men and women have regarding environmentally friendly products. Haemonchus contortus merupakan cacing yang sangat patogenik terutama pada domba dan kambing. Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui persentase perkembangan telur cacing H. contortus menjadi larva stadium pertama pada media air secara in situ. Perlakuan penelitian ini diulang sebanyak 5 kali dalam satu kelompok dengan durasi 10 hari dan setiap kelompok menggunakan 8 ekor cacing betina H. contortus. Sampel cacing yang sudah dipreparasi kemudian digerus dan ditambahkan Aqua Pro Injection (pH 7.0) sebanyak 5 mL., disaring menggunakan saringan teh. Prosedur penghitungan telur cacing menggunakan metode McMaster. Prosedur penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: suspensi diambil 1,5 mL kemudian dimasukkan kedalam tabung dan diberikan perlakuan sesuai dengan prosedur. Setiap tabung ditutup alumunium foil yang sudah diberikan lubang sebanyak 15 sampai 20 buah dan di tempatkan di padang penggembalaan selama 48 jam, serta suhu dicatat setiap empat jam mulai pukul 05.00 – 24.00 WITA. Variabel penelitian antara lain: persentase telur cacing yang menetas dan tidak menetas dalam kelompok rendaman. Persentase daya tetas telur cacing dihitung menggunakan rumus: jumlah telur cacing sebelum perlakuan dikurangi jumlah setelah perlakuan dibagi dengan jumlah telur cacing sebelum perlakuan dikalikan seratus. Hasil penghitungan ditabulasikan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: persentase total rataan perkembangan telur cacing H. contortus menjadi larva stadium pertama sebesar 26,5%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa: persentase perkembangan telur cacing H. contortus secara in situ sebesar 26,5%. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan telur cacing ini adalah suhu, pH, kelembaban, media biakan, dan abnormalitas telur. Disarankan, untuk memperpanjang waktu perkembangbiakan di dalam media dengan harapan hasil persentasenya lebih optimal.
