The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant economic crisis. Production activities have stopped, people’s purchasing power has decreased, and the fall in the stock market has led to uncertainty. MSMEs need to maintain business continuity during a pandemic to exist after the pandemic is over. The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on MSMEs and to suggest several strategies to maintain business continuity. Qualitative research methods and a thematic analysis approach were used to examine themes and patterns. Most interview participants said they had been strongly affected by this pandemic. Several entrepreneurs assessed how the emerging needs which related to the COVID-19 business crisis could affect their business and how to take appropriate action. Indonesia,, with its large Muslim population, is an important market for and stakeholder in the development of the halal food industry. However, the halal industry in Indonesia has not grown optimally. One of the causes is that halal industry players currently only use Islamic banking, so they are less in touch with the wider community. This study aims to offer a solution to improve Islamic financing outside of Islamic banking, using an Islamic financing application called SEISHI (Smart Education and Investment System 4.0 for Halal Industries). SEISHI is offers an innovative fintech alternative for funding and investment for halal institutions in Indonesia. This research was designed at a regional scale in Malang and involved expert validation, material validation and 20 sample respondents to determine the acceptability of SEISHI applications. The descriptive qualitative method was used. The results of the study indicate that the application of SEISHI can bring together important elements in the halal industry cycle, namely halal industry players, Islamic banking, investors and the government regulators, and so strengthen Islamic funding and investment for halal industry players on an ongoing basis. This study aims to measure the role of customer relationship management in building satisfaction, loyalty, and competitive advantage in the banking industry in Indonesia. The survey results from 201 respondents who were processed using partial least squares analysis showed that CRM in the banking industry must pay attention to customer relationships through a customer approach, especially customer empowerment and customer orientation. CRM also influences customer satisfaction, loyalty, and competitive advantage in the banking industry. Satisfaction also acts as a mediation for CRM in creating loyalty and competitive advantage. In terms of application, the banking industry is recommended to continue to develop customer relationships by being oriented to the convenience of customer transactions. With the implementation of CRM, banks can survive the increasingly fierce competition in financial services.
In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, modern technology such as fibre technology and integrated network systems in all aspects of life has made humans very dependent on technology. The purpose of this research is to foster a culture of digital literacy in the school environment, increase teacher knowledge and skills in the field of developing and utilizing digital teaching materials, improve student learning performance and increase teacher knowledge and skills in terms of digital learning models and improve student's learning performance. The method used in this study is the observation method using the pre-experimental design method, one group type pretest-posttest (pretest test-posttest single group). Assistance was provided to 28 junior high school teachers in the South Tangerang area. During the training, participants were given four assignments: Team, Sway, Learning Design and Learning Videos. The study results show that as many as 71% of teachers have mastered the Teams and Sway applications from Microsoft, 60% can make lesson plans, and 53% can make learning videos. The pretest and post-test results showed that the average result was 36.6%, then after participating in the training, the average result was 44.4%. The results of the study show that training in the development and use of digital teaching materials has an effect on the skills and abilities of teachers, which is beneficial for improving student learning performance.
