Sistem informasi rekam medis sub bagian  filling adalah informasi yang dihasilkan secara terkomputerisasi yang juga dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah petugas rekam medis di unit filling dalam pencarian dokumen rekam medis yang sedang dipinjam dan mempermudah dalam pelaksanaan retensi dengan studi kasus pada RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember. Filling adalah unit kerja rekam medis yang diakreditasi oleh Departemen Kesehatan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pengaturan dan penyimpanan dokumen atas dasar sistem penataan tertentu melalui prosedur yang sistematis, sehingga sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan dapat menyajikan secara cepat dan tepat. Pada sistem penyimpanan (filling)  menggunakan Sentralisasi dengan penomoran Terminal Digit Filling, dengan jumlah rata-rata pasien rawat jalan 45-50 pasien dan rawat inap 10-15 pasien.Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu untuk pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, FGD, serta dokumentasi dan menggunakan metode waterfall. Dalam proses perancangan sistem ini menggunakan Flowchart system, Contex Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram serta dalam mengimplementasikan program menggunakan microsoft visual basic 6.0.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi rekam medis filling untuk mempermudah petugas dalam mengontrol DRM di filling melalui peminjaman, pengembalian serta retensi. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan pada SIMRS yang ada agar pengisian data rekam medis dapat secara otomatis muncul ketika di bagian filling.Kata kunci : Rekam Medis Filling, Waterfall, Contex Diagram ,Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0,

The medical record file control activity at Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital has not been well implemented.This is evidenced by the absence of the use of tracers as a substitute for files that leave the medical recordrack and the use of expedition books only on borrowing inpatient medical record files. This study aims todesign and create a medical record lending and return information system with a barcode and web-basedWhatsApp notification at Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital that produces patient labels, tracers, reports onborrowing and return of medical records. This type of research is the development of a prototype method withqualitative data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, and brainstorming.The stages of the prototype method include analyzing user needs, making prototypes, adjusting prototypes tothe user's wishes, creating new systems, testing systems, adjusting the system to the user's wishes, andusing the system. The results of this study are information systems for borrowing and returning medicalrecords with a web-based barcode and WhatsApp notification system that facilitates the process of trackingfiles and overcoming problems in the process of borrowing and returning medical records

The implementation of the National Health Insurance program in hospitals as referral Health Service Provider in collaborate with the Indonesia Health Insurance Implementing Agency to provided public health services by using a prospective payment system. Based on preliminary study, it known the inpatient claim file had delayed as much 11.38%. It’s not according to hospital standards that claimed should be 100%. This research aimed to provided a preview the causing factors of delayed inpatient claims at RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung based on 5M management elements. This research was descriptive qualitative with expose the results of interviews and observations that had been done in comparison of the theories available. The results showed that the officers still found difficulties to read the diagnosis and the patient's actions due to doctor’s handwrinting difficult to read, incorrect diagnosis codes and actions due to differences in perception between the coder and the doctor, incomplete claimed files such as the result of the patient's supporting examination. There was no standard operational procedure as regulation of inpatient BPJS claimed requirements, computers that been used in the process of filing claims often experiencing long loading and often experiencing network disruptions so it could reduce the performance of officers. In response to those factors, it needs to make a standar operational procedure for completing claim files, to conduct training specifically about National Health Insurance coding at least once a year and doing maintenance on the computer at least once a month.Â

Public Health Center is defined as a health service facility which serves the efforts of public health and firstlevel individual health, emphasizing the promotive and preventive efforts. There are obstacles and problems encountered by the health sector in which they need to be coped with properly. The problems faced by Public Health Center on registrasion process, medical examination, the pharmacy until the manual-reporting and the patient who forgot to bring the medical index card (KIB). Therefore, an information system of the outpatient service by using fingerprint technology was needed to increase the time-efficienc and help the staff in identifying the old. The method used in this research was waterfall. Concerning the process of designing the system, Flowchart system, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram were used; in addition, Microsoft visual audio version 1.46 was performed in implementing the program. The result of this research revealed that there was an information system of outpatient service by using fingerprint technology as a substitute for a medical index card. The strength of an information system designed by the researcher utilized the fingerprint technology to identify the patient and officer's login in which it kept them from forgetting their username and password.

regional General hospital of Sleman have used the hospital Management Information System. hospital information systems Sleman using lazaruz as an application program, the database used is MySql database in 2008, has been integrated to all services, including medical records system, billing system, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory and medical rehabilitation. Medical record information system consists of a system of outpatient registration, registration of inpatient, emergency room registration system, filling system, coding, and reporting hospital. however, because the hospital wanted to develop the Information System in Internal until it is not depend on outsiders then make the resulting information system design based on the needs analysis and system flowcharts to obtain registration information system design models Outpatient Hospital of Sleman namely Context diagram Data Flow Diagram level 1, level 2 Data Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram level 3 and entity relationship Diagram (erD).
