The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of lowland rice farmers on optimizing the use of swamp land into rice fields, analyzing rice farming income after optimizing the use of swamp land into rice fields in an effort to support food security, analyzing consumption expenditures and household food security of rice farmers. The research location is in Braja Selebah District in East Lampung Regency. This is because Braja Selebah Sub-district is one of the sub-districts that implements optimization of land use (swamp land into rice fields) with the Serasi Program (Congratulations for the Prosperity of Rawa for Farmers). The number of respondents in this study were 30 people based on simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used to determine the perception of lowland rice farmers on the optimization of the use of swamp land into rice fields in this study was all data obtained were tabulated, then analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The income analysis carried out in this study is to calculate the income of rice farmers who follow the Serasi program and to measure the level of food security of farmer households using the Food Expenditure Share (PPP) approach. The results of this study are that On average, 63.3% of farmers know about rice cultivation in swamps and the attitude of farmers to rice cultivation in swamps. 60% of respondent farmers feel very happy. Proportion of farmers’ food expenditure is equal to 60%. The ratio of revenue to total costs is greater than 1.00, meaning that rice farming in the Lebak swamp carried out by respondent farmers is economically profitable.

[IMPROVEMENT OF PEANUT GROWTH AND PRODUCTIVITY IN DRY LAND THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF DOLOMITE AND NPK FERTILIZERS]. Dry land is commonly characterized by low pH and nutrient availability for peanut growth. Therefore, application of dolomite and NPK fertilizer might correct its characteristics. This study aimed to determine the appropriate dose of dolomite and NPK fertilizers to increase growth and productivity of peanut in dry land. This study was carried out from November 2019 to February 2020 at the Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency, Indrapuri Experimental Garden, Aceh Besar, Aceh and used a randomized block design (RBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor was three dosages of dolomite (i.e., 0, 250, and 500 kg/ha) and the second factor was three levels of NPK fertilizers (i.e., 0 kg/ha Urea+ 0 kg/ha SP36+ 0 kg/ha KCl), 25 kg/ha Urea + 50 kg/ha SP36 + 50 kg/ha KCl, and 50 kg/ha Urea + 100 kg/ha SP36 + 100 kg/ha KCl). The results showed that application of dolomite or NPK fertilizers had a significant effect on peanut yield components. Application of dolomite at 500 kg/ha or NPK fertilizers at 50 kg/ha Urea + 100 kg/ha SP36 + 100 kg/ha KCl increased peanut productivity by 10% and 9.23%, respectively compared to the control.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan  rancangan Sistem Informasi Smart Market Place dengan flow chart dan deskripsi tahapan penelitian.  Teknologi marketplace (start-up) merupakan bagian e-marketing  melalui penjualan daring menggunakan internet secara berkelanjutan. Pengembangan marketplace dibangun melalui Proses Bisnis disajikan dalam bentuk Conteks Diagram dan Data Flow Diagram dengan menggunakan tools easy case for windows 7.0. Polinela Smart Market Place meluncurkan layanan digital marketing sebagai start-up dengan nama Agrishop Polinela. Laman web dapat diakses pada laman https://www.agrishoppolinela.com. Kehadiran Polinela Smart Market Place ditujukan untuk memperkuat jejaring dari lini pemasok, produsen, dan jejaring pemasaran.  Sinergi jejaring bisnis menjadi kunci keunggulan bersaing bagi pelaku agroindustri dan wirausaha baru mulai di tingkat wirausaha kampus, tataran lokal, regional dan internasional
