Two hundred (200) electronic questionnaires were distributed, only of these are (194) collected from the research population. In order to achieve the objectives of this research and to answer its questions and test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was used as a study tool to collect data, consisting of (43) Items. The data is statistically analyzed by using the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS), the descriptive statistics is used to show the characteristics of the research sample and Pearson Correlation Coefficient to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence as an independent variable and the effectiveness of management leadership as a dependent variable. Multiple Linear Regression analysis is performed to determine the effect of the domain of the emotional intelligence on effective management leadership. Research showed that the level of emotional intelligence within its five dimensions with respect to managerial leaders is relatively high, whereas the general arithmetic average of the responses of the individuals of the research sample is (4.24). The results have approved a statistically significant relationship of the dimensions of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, control of emotions, motivation, Social skills, empathy) on the effectiveness of management leadership from the point of view of the leaders in Jeddah Schools. The researcher recommends employing the emotional intelligence to increase the effectiveness of management leadership within the organization as one of the most important factors of success and creativity, and to convene more workshops to identify emotional intelligence and the capabilities that form it. The emotional intelligence grows and develops with further learning and exercises.
