The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and development of methodological approaches and practical recommendations for modeling the assessment of the financial stability of a service sector enterprise. To assess the financial condition of the hotel industry, a visual interpretation of the neural network, a model of self-organizing Kohonen map, was used. It is proven that by the method of Kohonen maps for each service provided by the hotel industry, in a certain period of activity, it is possible to establish certain objective limitations of structural characteristics that will prevent the transition to problem clusters or ensure the transition to better ones. The authors propose an economic and mathematical model of the process of assessing financial stability by calculating the integral indicator of financial stability of the service sector. The types of control maps for each of the coefficients that have a significant impact on the assessment of the financial stability of the enterprise in the service sector were identified. Control maps were constructed for each coefficient, which are part of the integrated indicator of financial stability, and their analysis was carried out for the presence of special reasons for the variability of the process of financial stability assessment. The concept of modeling a system for assessing the financial stability of service enterprises is developed in the article, which is based on the collection of financial data, a comprehensive analysis of factors influencing the financial condition, a study of the controllability of the process of assessing financial stability, building a model of an integral indicator of financial stability, and its program implementation.
There was developed the conceptual framework of information support of the management mechanism of sustainable development of enterprises, in order realize the continuous exchange of information between the controlling and controlled systems of the mechanism, provide the comparative analysis of variants of its improvement, as well as support the selection of effective management decision-making. The solution of the burning problem of ensuring sustainable development of enterprises, the scientific-theoretical justification and practical approaches to formation of the management mechanism of sustainable development, create the significant basis for keeping and expansion of the business activities of enterprises in terms of their transformational changes. Management of the sustainable development is reasonable to realize by the use of the appropriate mechanism as the bunch of successive and coordinated management methods and tools, applied by the management entities for the targeted development of enterprises. In accordance with the consistent characteristics of the object, criteria, principles in the work, the study estimated formation of the management mechanism of sustainable development of the enterprise. In contrast with the current mechanisms, the reporting one gives the enterprise the possibility of more content-related definition and justification of the directions of development; provides the high efficiency, flexibility and adaptability of the management system of the enterprise; guarantees the timeliness of identification of significant changes and development of the corresponding procedures; contributes to the continual improvement of the management processes of sustainable development of the enterprise, taking into account the variability of the market environment.
COVID 19 is a litmus test for TNCs in the field of social responsibility. A scientific and methodological approach to determining the level and activation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of business in the national economy in the form of a three-dimensional matrix model of positioning the level of development of CSR of business units in the coordinate system: social, environmental and economic components of CSR has been developed. The methods used in the study, the construction of the Gibbs Triangle and the method of taxonomy to determine the most influential aspects of GRI reporting (G4), allowed to propose a CSR monitoring system for key business performance indicators. The results of the analysis of this study allow distinguishing five areas of responsibility: the necessary level of responsibility - for statutory obligations, the developed level - active charitable and sponsorship, high level - responsibility to internal and external stakeholders, strategic - focus on the social investment state level, as well as synergetic - a comprehensive combination of all components of the CSR. In conclusion, the level and activation of corporate social responsibility of industrial enterprises in the form of a three-dimensional matrix model of positioning the level of development of business units in the coordinate system: social, environmental, and economic components, has been determined to develop alternative scenarios to justify management decisions.
The concept and the need of organizational changes in the corporate environment in order to ensure a lasting effect of economic and strategic security were determined. The methodology for conducting organizational changes based on the use of optimal operational integration, which forms a decomposition of the company's development goals and forms the field of economic security was proposed. The model analysis of ensuring effective organizational security and operational integration of the functional units of the company was carried out.
