The role of the teacher at the present stage is transformed into a high mission of creating a professional personality, which is intended to instill in students readiness to acquire knowledge and improve professional skills throughout their lives. According to the authors, the goal of pedagogical education is continuous general and professional development of a university teacher to achieve high results in the practical professional activity. In general, the professional competence of a University teacher is a synthesis of professionalism (scientific, special, methodological, psychological and pedagogical training), creativity (creativity of relationships, the optimal use of tools, techniques, teaching methods) and art (acting and public speaking). And today it becomes obvious that it is impossible to “add up” a competent professional from a simple sum of knowledge, because in addition, a University teacher should have a great sense of moral responsibility when teaching the modern generation of students.
The issue of distance learning is very important at present. Herewith, learning of a foreign language is practically oriented, which causes difficulties upon conversion to distance learning. The main tool of implementation of distance learning is the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). The use of these technologies for educational targets is not a novelty, though, under conditions of distance learning, the ICT is nearly the only tool to organize learning. This article is devoted to the analysis of potentials of WEB 2.0 services for learning of a foreign language. The study is aimed at revealing possibilities to apply WEB 2.0 services for efficient implementation of interactive forms of learning of a foreign language in distance mode. The formulated target was achieved using the following methods: continuous sampling method for collection of actual material; comparative method to compare functionality of WEB 2.0 services and demands for implementation of interactive forms of learning. Generalization and systematization were selected to reveal the types of WEB 2.0 services. During the studies the types of WEB 2.0 services have been revealed characterized by the highest potential to implement interactive forms of learning. Among these types, the highest potential is demonstrated by the services for meetings and universal services; field-specific services allow to create jointly various types of content for further use during online meetings and for interaction on universal services. The novelty of the obtained results has ben stipulated by specificity of analysis criterion: the educational potential of WEB 2.0 services was studied not in whole but exactly for implementation of interactive forms of learning of a foreign language in distance mode.

In this article, we will try to consider only one aspect of responsibility of a man associated with the formation of national identity. Today, patriotism becomes the idea that can turn from an intangible force into a material one if it is mastered by the people and for many it will become an internal conviction and installation. Today, patriotism has become one of the most controversial topics in Russia. The range of opinions is quite large: from discrediting patriotism as an analogue of destruction and conflict, to calls of the first persons of the state to the unity of the Russian people on the basis of the integration of patriotism with internationalism. Patriotism helps to unite society, reveals to many people the meaning of their own life, raises their understanding and responsibility for the framework of corporatism and social class differences. Patriotism is increasingly recognized by the population as the protection of national interests, the implementation of social justice, as a positive and constructive realization of human rights. It becomes the main task in the programs of patriotic education of the young people. It acts both as an element of worldview and attitude to one’s country, and other peoples and as an educational component of pedagogic system especially in the historical, cultural and educational space of the city.
The culture and traditions of peoples associated with nutrition, like all other traditions adopted by a certain ethnic group, represent a separate independent and original category. Nevertheless, only due to a comprehensive analysis of spiritual and material culture that we can identify the commonality and distinctive features of the traditional elements of various ethnic groups. This article presents and describes the historical variations of use of medicinal food of plant and animal origin among the peoples of the North Caucasus. We have carried out a comparative analysis of the composition, technologies of cooking and use of traditional medicinal food among various ethnic groups, as well as an analysis and structuring of literature sources on this subject. The study of the traditional food of peoples combines a huge layer of ethnographic oral and written evidence, archaeological sources, medical, physiological, biochemical, psychological studies, folklore, hundreds of various rites and rituals, prohibitions and calendar regulations, religious beliefs. The relevance of the conducted research lies in addressing the sources of numerous possibilities of applying the centuries-old and diverse experience of the peoples of Russia in the field of health-improving use of plant and animal-based products. Numerous scientific conferences devoted to the problems of application, effects on the body, synergy of the chemical composition of medicinal and animal products indicate an increasing interest in the healing power of nature. In addition, it highlights the issues of the unique beneficial properties of phytopreparations, organopreparations and animal-based preparations. As a result of the conducted research, it is possible to conclude about the geographical variability of the composition of products of plant and animal origin depending on the territory of residence of a certain ethnicity. The formation of traditional features has a specific orientation in the field of economic activity and largely depends on the natural conditions of residence.
